Disastrous. Booked 3 nights here but only stayed an hour! Looks nothing like the photos. Rooms very dingy! Bathroom was appalling. There was an old beer can and old cigarette ends on the windowsill. A 'beauty pack' in the bathroom included ear buds which had been already used... They were in a sealed packet! Wifi signal was awful. Building was...

It was little bit hard to find the place, but its in a very good location, very close to the Angelo`s Castle and Vatican. The room is ok, the brekfast is good and the service as well. The only thing is located in the 3rd floor of a historical building, so the lift is not so technological. I reccommend it.

I have never left a negative review in my life, but then again I haven't been treated this badly either. I travel regularly, and while I don't pay for the most luxurious hotels, I still expect basic respect from the people running the accomodation. First of all, this place is advertised as a one star hotel; I've stayed in other...

We stayed here for the first leg of our Eurotrip and this was also the first time in Rome for us. The room and bathroom was clean and the beds are very comfy. We loved our breakfast every morning and stuffed ourselves everyday in preparation for the long day of sightseeing ahead. The location is good and there are lots...

Hotel is situated on a 3d floor of historical building, with no sign at the entrance. First, was a bit hard to find. Inside all the minimum you need after long long walking in the city- bed, private shower, a little bit poor breakfast. So if you came to explore the City and just need to sleep somewhere, it's good...

My experience in Rome was made less enjoyable due to my stay at Hotel Marvi. The hotel should consider making improvements to the rooms if they want to be considered adequate: -The window in our room did not close completely despite our multiple efforts to shut it tightly. My boyfriend and I were kept awake by the noises of the...

Staying in Prati

Neighbourhood Profile
Prati
Just steps away from the chaos of the centre, Prati is the closest Rome gets to calm. Meticulously planned in a neat grid, quite unlike neighbouring Borgo, Prati is a local favourite for its aesthetic organisation and wide streets lined with a range of boutiques for every shopping fantasy. Nonnis pushing baby carriages and gossiping teens own every inch of the sidewalk, but that’s only during business hours. Once the sun sets, quirky sidestreet bars celebrate aperitivo hour, those evening cocktails that help wash away the tensions of Roman life.
