Due to recent adverse weather tried to cancel booking but hotel refused. Not clear on their website that cancellation was not allowed. All other services booked for my weekend to Rome refunded me i.e. flights, transfers, car parking etc. I would give them 0 but...More

This hotel is right near Roma Termini but I would take a taxi as walking with luggage on the cobblestone streets I found difficult.
