We stayed for 2 nights 13 & 14 January in room 2. It had warm water anytime and the room was warm too. Clean towels and sheets and good breakfast but bad coffee. that's all. They speak very Poor English, they refused to give us a receipt and had to early check out (by 10 in the morning). Room 1...

The rooms was small, the bed was terrible, the room above was noisy, the restaurant next door was found until late at night and the Wi-Fi sucks ... BUT ... as they say in the real estate business ... Location, location, location!!! Just outside the for you have the Pantheon, down the street you have the best coffee shop in...

I had read a lot of the previous reviews and almost cancelled our room as a result however we were pleasantly surprised upon arrival. We found it easy by public transport from airport. Yes the facility is basic but that's what you get for that price in that location. Our room was spacious, warm, clean with plenty of hot water...

Cramped room; The floor creaked in the room above us with every step they took. Also the bed of them cracked too. And we could almost literally hear what they said. (It's that I do not speak Italian) restaurant below our window gave a lot of sound and light. This light continued until at 7:30 in the morning Old saggy...

Whilst this "hotel" and I use that tile loosely, is I a great location it is the only plus point. FIrstly, trying to find the place was a nightmare, we wondered around for at least 20 mins before finally asking for help and fortunately the lady we came across lived on the premises. What can I say, it was a...

Arranged airport transfers for two of our groups did not show up and did not text they weren't coming. Did not provide Rooms I booked . Rooms were dreadful property was dreadful dark and...

I have travelled throughout Africa, Asia and the Pacific - but have never come across such awful service. They missed two pre-arranged airport transfers. The place is not marked and so we spent 30 minutes walking around the Pantheon trying to find it. When we finally found it, the reception was locked and so we sat for close to 90...

Perfect accomodation in city centre. Great location and great price. Staff was really friendly and nice to us. Does not matter that their english is not very good, you will understand them. Our breakfast consisted mainly of sweet baked meal - perfect start of a new day !

Arrived in Rome after a long journey only to wait more than half an hour in front of the building for the person who had the key to the apartment. We were accommodated in a room half the size of the room we had originally booked and the person in charge insisted it was the same we had booked. The...

Brilliant location, you step out the front door and practically into the Pantheon. Located near Torre Argentina for access to buses everywhere in Rome and within walking distance of all the main sights. The accommodation itself is amazing value given this location, and is in an old building tucked behind a big wooden door. Quirky and a bit of character...

“I appreciate that the apartment is located in such a space that frost glass may seem sensible to some to keep out snoopers but the effect is depressing. Curtains might be a better idea. And 24/7 hot water would be preferred in the Rome climate. Mold on the window sill bothered me a bit so perhaps a bit more attention to cleanliness”
