This guest house was wonderful. Roberto is an attentive and kind host, great with several languages (French, English, Spanish - his accent is strong, but his understanding is thorough). He'll give you a detailed oversight of what to do in the city, what the best bus routes and options are, how to get ticket discounts, etc. The rooms are clean...

What an amazing B&B!!! Located less than a 10 min walk to St. Peter's Square, this cozy apartment is sparkling clean and comfortable. Roberto and Katharina were so amazing and hospitable! They took such amazing care of me! Roberto took the time my first morning to provide a map outlined with transportation routes and then provided a list of what...

We had short 2 day visit to Rome with the goal of seeing as much as we could in a short time. The location is perfect, 5 minutes from the Vatican and 5 minutes from the metro that takes you to the collesem. The B&B is immaculate and our double room was huge! And with ac, much needed in the...

This b&b is a beautiful, well-located and friendly place to base yourself in Rome. This was our first stop on two weeks in Italy and Roberto welcomed us with coffee and tonnes of information and recommendations for our time in Rome. Our room was large and the whole building was cleaned daily and full of natural light. The other guests...

Helpful owners, clean rooms, daily cleaner for rooms/communal areas, quiet area and guests, self-service breakfast, near the vatican, links to main metro to all of Rome very close, excellent bakery and gelateria nearby :)

Didn't serve a real breakfast, only cereals and yogurt which you could (at least) eat all day. Very friendly and helpful owner. We booked a double bed via HW but got two single beds. Probably the fault of HW but their own website doesn't allow to book. No TV and wifi connection inside the room (only in the public area)....

I stayed here for a few nights in July. The walk to the hotel from the Ottiviano metro stop (one of the stops for the Vatican museums) took about 7-8 minutes. When I arrived I was greeted warmly by Roberto - a native of Rome - who gave me a quick tour of the place, told me about the free...

We stayed in a private room which was spacious and clean. A basic breakfast of bread and coffee is provided which is nice. The location was very good with restaurants near by and the metro which drops you into the Centre of Rome being only a 2 minute walk away. The Vatican was less than 10 minutes walk away. Roberto,...

We arrived from Australia to a warm spring day in Rome. The only thing we had organised was the airfare and accommodation. What a great holiday! We caught a shuttle and was dropped off right outside the b&b, which made life easier, and then buzzed Roberto and Katarina. The welcome was amazing, so warm and inviting with big smiles from...

I arrived before anyone else this season and had the entire place to myself, which was pretty cool. I loved the access to coffee and tea whenever you wanted and received great, friendly help and recommendations. Great hosts and great place!

“We chose the delux twin, which is actually a double , and is worth the little bit extra. It is really a studio apartment perched on the top level of the apartment block over looking the Vatican. As well as the double bed, you have a private kitchen , small lounge area, private bathroom and a huge private terrace. We spent most nights in cooking our own food and even had a dinner on the terrace for four one evening. All the breakfast food was provided and you arrive to a well stocked fridge. Pay the extra, you won't be disappointed.”

“Room #2 is very spacious and would be great for a family! The room does face the street which can be a little noisy at night (a lot of cars are parked there) and might bother a very light sleeper.”
