Truly one of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed in! This place is probably the best place I’ve ever stayed in. Hands down better than any 5-star establishment! Hospitality was fantastic! Some of the kindest people you will ever meet. Incredibly clean, spacious (literally had a full on walk-in closet and vanity section) and did I mention that the entire place smells so amazing to the point where I’m going to have to give them a ring to ask what scent they use for the place! I miss their homemade breakfast, pastry spread, and fresh juices! The sweetest lady, Leonella, would make us fresh juice and shots of ginger with lemon every morning. She baked all the pastries (pies, croissants, cakes, and jams) from scratch and they were all just amazing!!! Also, we loved that they used American bacon here haha! If you ever visit Rome, you MUST stay here and it’s not even because Tom Cruise stayed here! Tony and I were like we’d go back to Rome just to stay at this hotel again. It was so hard to leave. Definitely one of the highlights of our trip. So bookmark this place! Ten stars all around!!!

Hotel's Favourite
Staff were wonderful, breakfast was superb and the rooms were lovely and modern. Good location, close to main train station but walking distance to Colosseum, great restaurants and metro to head to Vatican City etc. Rooms were very spacious including a great shower and comfortable bed. Breakfast was a highlight. Upon entering the breakfast room you are offered a coffee/tea and the big smoothie of the day, yum. Most of the continental breakfast was all made in house, so many cakes, cookies and one morning I even had crepes which was great as I don’t eat bacon, eggs, sausage etc. Even the granola is made in house! We will recommend to anyone interested in staying in Rome, it certainly made our stay exceptional! Thank you!

The Fifteen Keys hotel was lovely. I will certainly recommend to family or friends wanting to visit Rome. We have checked out today after spending 3 nights here, the staff were friendly at the desk & in the morning for breakfast. The room was clean and modern, I believe we had a classic room. The location was good, with only 15 minute walk to the colosseum and 20 minute walk to the Trevi Fountain.

This is a great hotel with friendly and helpful staff. The room was lovely and spacious, with access to a balcony which was great. Very comfortable, and good decor - although the lighting around the closet area could have been a little more practical! Breakfast was excellent - a really great range of options in the self-serve buffet, especially the cakes. Lots of nice little touches - for example, tea in the afternoon. It's a great location, too - easy to get to main sites etc and also to public transport. There are a range of good restaurants nearby. Overall, the hotel is a lovely oasis of calm in what can be an incredibly busy and manic city.

Lovely boutique hotel in the heart of residential Monti neighbourhood, close to nice restaurants, bars and shops. The staff was great and the organic breakfast delicious. A must! Our room was next to the elevator but it was very quiet and the bed was super comfortable. We slept like angles. A perfect hotel away from the tourist hustle and bustle but still within walking distance from all the most important sights.

I travelled here in a group of 5 this week (one gluten free, one veggie and one fussy eater) The hotel was fantastic from the moment we walked in, very friendly staff took our bags to the room whilst we had a drink in the courtyard. The bar was full of different wines and spirits. The decor was very clean and modern but also had a vintage feel. The best part about the stay was breakfast, the lady behind the bar remembered what we wanted on the second day to drink and also remembered I was gluten free and provided me with a plate of bread and cakes each morning. There was also a juice of the day which was more like a smoothie which was different every day. Overall, fantastic hotel and would go back in a heartbeat.

Our team works tirelessly to ensure our guests have the most memorable experience and I am delighted to read that on this occasion they achieved just that! Speaking of Team, it’s such a joy to know that your breakfast experience was outstanding! Our buffet breakfast offers a wide choice of organic fruit, vegetables, eggs, cheeses and cured meats and homemade goodies such as Granola, cakes and daily fresh juices. We also provide with vegan and gluten free options. Ionela, the breakfast lady, is our cherry on top. She makes amazing cakes and really cares about all our guests and I am sure she was more than happy to take care of you 😊 Once again, please may I convey my sincerest gratitude for your review of The Fifteen Keys Hotel and we really hope to see you come back to your roman home very, very soon. Excellent staff, great location and warm atmosphere. We enjoyed our 3 night stay for my 40th Birthday. The welcome was warm and made us feel at home, we booked the classic room and it was clean and all we needed with a small balcony and very comfy bed. Breakfast was lovely and the staff could not do more for us. They helped us booked local restaurants and were very friendly. Can’t really say anything that was wrong. I guess it is on the pricier side for a three night City break but It was lovely. I would have liked to stay in one of the more luxurious rooms but the price did put us off and felt that the basic room was enough and we were right. Hope to come back again in the future! It walking distance to all the things to see and only ten mins walk from train station. We even walked to Vatican City which took us just over an hour with a few photo stops on the way. Thank you for a wonderful stay and hope to see you soon one day in the future.

It is a very nice cosy hotel with a walking distance proximity to many Rome attractions such as Colosseum and 10-15 EUR of a taxi ride away from others such as Piazza Navona and Vatican. The hotel is located on a quiet street with abundance of very good restaurants around. We stayed in room 14 which turned to be surprisingly spacious for Rome and Paris "standards". The room was very well cleaned daily. The breakfast was plentiful with some nice twists like every day different freshly squeezed juice. The staff was very warm and courteous ready to attends to all our needs. We were using their airport transfer service which worked excellent. As a recommendation to the owners: a magnifying mirror in the bathroom and a USB charging station in the room would be a nice addition to your nearly perfect amenities and services.

Dear mac80214, thank you for taking the time to write such a detailed review. I am delighted to read that you have taken advantage of our central location. As you mentioned in your review, we are blessed to be located in the heart of Rome which makes it super easy to explore our urban neighbourhood with its very good restaurants, and many Roman attractions such as Colosseum and the Roman Forum. Thank you for mentioning our breakfast, very happy to know that you enjoyed our fresh homemade juices of the day 😊. Our staff is a group of people ready to help with anything; We’re happy to help you arrange anything you need, from tours, to restaurants, to the private car to reach the airport, which I am happy to know worked very well. Let me thank you for your recommendation which are really appreciated: we already have an USB plug by the bedside but we will consider a bigger charging station and a magnifying mirror which we do have only in a few rooms for now. The whole team can't wait to welcome you back! A presto 😊 Giulia Bellini Manager of the House

Just absolutely perfect!!! My husband and I just returned home (quite sadly) from a near perfect birthday week at Fifteen Keys in Rome. I literally booked this hotel while on the plane just a few hours before our arrival and couldn't have been happier! It was gorgeous, well appointed, but very simply decorated, clean, and cozy. It almost felt like more of a pied a Terre, than a hotel. The staff was wonderful, friendly and helpful! They went out of their way to meet our needs and left me a card and bottle of wine as a birthday gift. Though we did not have breakfast while there, as we are not big breakfast people, we did enjoy the latte and Americano's each morning from our room. I used to live in Rome, but had never explored much of the Monti neighborhood, but was thrilled to be in such a charming, local part of the city that was very residential and quiet. There are plenty of delicious cafes, restaurants and shops in the neighborhood and it's not far from the Colosseum and the Forum. If you do stay here, which you most definitely should, be sure to check out the Basilica Santa Maria Maggiore, which we did on our last day and it was so stunning. Apparently, it's the pope's favorite Basilica! All in all an absolute gem of a property, thank you to the entire staff for making my birthday week so special and unforgettable! Ci vediamo presto!
