There are few hotels that have made me speechless in my life, but this is one of them. Everything from the rooms, to the restaurants, to the spa and the staff are nothing else than amazing. If you're looking for a relaxing stay in Rome I would recommend to stay here.

Not only Luduvica but essentially all people did a fabulous job! We received great recommendations for events, sightseeing and restaurants! The bar serves really good cocktails! Goid shuttle service to center! 5 stars if location would be more in center and the water of the shower could be warmer! Please install a bit more to habg clothes in the room!

This was one of the best weeks of our lives! The hotel is amazing, much better than in the pictures. The staff is great and made us feel very welcome with you a baby! I can't wait to come back. The breakfast is fabulous and the staff were always going above and beyond to make sure the 5* service was guaranteed even on busy mornings.

This hotel sort of took us by surprise as we're not used to staying in such large establishments and the decor is pretty monumental and impressive in scale. The way the hotel was laid out took half a day to get used to, but once in the routine, we really enjoyed ourselves. The bedrooms were comfortable and huge with facilities you don't usually expect - a walk-in wardrobe arrangement - and another doorless cupboard for the suitcases. We had a terrace although we didn't use it other than to walk out on it to enjoy the sunrise. The hotel is clearly designed to fulfil a corporate role, catering, I'd imagine, normally to business clients for seminars and conferences. We enjoyed it purely as a holiday hotel. The pool outside is unusual and being unsure of how easy it would be for us to get in and out, only our son spent time there, enjoying himself in the water. The gardens were lovely and the views and the terrace nice to sit out on. The breakfasts were superb with a breathtaking array of cooked or non-cooked options and someone there specially to cook eggs the way you liked them. The main big dining room with foods from around the world, was closed but we enjoyed most of our evenings out on the dining terrace or inside the restaurant. What we most enjoyed was the Spa with its pool and other facilities and I had some fantastic treatments there. Overall, the hotel is to be highly recommended. It's quite an experience!

Excellent hotel, but I wish the pool was much bigger . The hotel is very big. It reminds me of a resort. It’s very spacious , rooms are great as well. Very clean and modern furniture, with plenty of drawers . There are ropes and slippers in the room, safe, hangers, hair dryer. The toiletries were great as well: they have shamans condition, shower gel and body lotion. Towels are thick and big. Everyone was very polite, friendly and kind. But we had problems with room cleaning . I thought that they would refill toiletries , as they try to be Green. So we would keep the empty shampoo bottles . We were wrong. As they never replenished , and we had to ask for them. Keep in mind that hotel is far from center. It is much closer to Vatican. If you want to go to Rome center they provide shuttle that cost €5 each way for an adult, and €2,5 for a child . The shuttle doesn’t run very often. Or you can you public transportation- tram or bus. But be aware that the stops are quite far from hotel, like 15 minutes walk. The hotel sells tickets for transportation. The hotel was crowded so the pool was overcrowded all the time and people would put their stuff on the loungers . So if you come to the pool after 9 am, every lounge would be taken already. Very frustrating!!! And because of COVID everything required reservations- bar and restaurant!!! Also very inconvenient.. The food was great . They have buffet breakfast, with very nice variety, Buffet or A la carte dinner. I took buffet dinner, which costs $30 per person, the only thing is EVERYTHING WAS COLD, I was pissed off as imagine eating salmon and ribs cold.
