Our experience of Arco Romano Rooms was very average. Due to our flight we didn't arrive until around 2am which while we had given the owners notice of this, we got the impression that they weren't overly pleased about having to stay up to let us in. This was the first and last time we saw a single member of...

We stayed at ARR for 5 days and had really great time! Everything inside is new and clean , you can cook and there is a great supermarket at the corner. Perhaps the location is not the closest to the centre, but the district is very nice and quiet. You can walk to Colosseo in 20 min,the metro is 5min...

Arco Romano rooms was perfect for our recent trip to Rome. It was a spacious room with ensuite bathroom, with a nice big window, a/c, free wireless internet and included self serve continental breakfast. Finding it is a bit tricky, but from termini station take tram 5 four stops and get off at piazza di maggiore. From there, walk through...

Very friendly accommodation. Situated close to underground, in prety silent road. The room was small, but it didn´t matter, room was very clean, every day changing towels and making the beds. The owner was very kind and gave us the comprehensive informations. We appreciated an equipped breakfast room for our one year old baby.

Stayed in Arco Romano fro two nights, and i can say it was what we were lloking for. A decent room at a very good price, close to the main attractions and a metro station. Of course dont expect a hotel or fancy things. It is like your cousin leaving you the keys to his house (or putting you in...

Staying in Esquilino

Neighbourhood Profile
Esquilino
Old school vibe from the very beginning is the only way to describe the Esquilino neighbourhood. The Esquilino takes pride in being one of the oldest areas in Rome for its key location on one of the city’s famous seven hills. From an ancient neighbourhood to its modern incarnation as a multicultural hub, Esquilino always has something going on—polyglot vendors debate street artists while kids play pick-up basketball games. Look around you: this area isn’t like the historic centre. Liberty architecture, large piazzas, and long boulevards mix with archaic arches, secret side alleys, and beautiful churches like Santa Maria Maggiore.
