we booked this online, and arrived at the gate to find the hotel closed... a tiny sign saying "please go next door". we did that and stayed in a hotel straight out of 1975, including the mildew. horrible experience. don't go here. Oh, BTW this hotel is a good 10 KM from Tivoli. it is not in the old town,...

I was going to stay for two nights, and I have given a credit card that their website claimed "it would have been charged ANYWAYS" even in case of no show. When I showed up ate the reception, I was requested to pay AGAIN, as the credit card did not belong to me, it was totally weird as I usually...

We just spent one night in this hotel and our room together with another 5 guests were robbed. Guests found tablets, cameras, phones, laptops, etc .. Missing. Hotel management completely ignored us and it was obvious from their CCTV system that they left desk unattended while a group of 4 men stormed the hotel to steal. We filed a police...

I would say that the hotel is ok, however is not in the place I expected it to be... The map on Trip Advisor mark it near the Tiburtina station (that was the reason why I booked it). However it is located in Tivoli, as it's correctly written on the address. I didn't think to double check the address on...

We stayed for 1 night to break our trip from Florence to Naples. I chose to the hotel as it was close to the motorway, but the GPS took us into Tivoli and 40 minutes later, after stopping and asking a couple of times we finally found it. The hotel is basic, but very comfortable and the staff are very...
