I have mixed feelings about our stay. Overall it was fine. The staff was nice enough and the place was clean, but it was a little more worn out and patched up than I expected. The location was good for our purposes (visiting very specific places outside of the center), but I definitely do not recommend it for someone wanting to spend their time in the city center. The parking was easy. The bed was comfortable and the mini-fridge came in handy. I appreciated the full length mirror and decent sized shower. Breakfast was just okay. The walls are very thin and you could hear the people next door like they were in our room. It's just a little worse for the wear and I was expecting it to feel newer. A few spots were poorly patched over and things like that. The elevator was very slow (not because it was busy) and the buttons didn't always work on the first or even second try. If it had cost less I wouldn't have minded the faults as much, but I feel it should have been quite a bit less per night for what it was. Maybe there was some big event happening driving up the prices, but it didn't seem particularly busy. I just didn't feel the value in this place.…
We had the pleasure of staying for several nights at Elizabeth Lifestyle Hotel in Bologna. We very much enjoyed our stay and can recommend the hotel highly. From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel very welcome and all of our needs were perfectly addressed. The room was modern, well-designed and comfortable. The breakfasts were generous and provided by kind and professional staff. We would like to make special mention of the lovely evening receptionist, Marta, who was especially attentive, warm and friendly. She went out of her way to assist us, including by finding dinner venues and places to visit in Bologna - all of which were only a short drive from the hotel. Her many kindnesses added to our enjoyment of our visit.
The Hotel was clean and tidy and the staff were excellent, very friendly and professional offering reception and concierge services. Room was immaculate, had good facilities and cleaning was to a very high standard. Pretty good breakfast buffet too. The hotel has minimal amenities (we couldn't get an iron) and given the heat was a taxi drive to the City centre otherwise an easy 20-25 min walk which adds to costs and sightseeing time.
Thankyou so much to Mousa the night manager for making our experience the most pleasant it could have been after two cancelled flights and arriving at midnight. We were given a lovely room with a very comfortable bed, very clean and all the amenities we needed for the evening. In the morning Mousa provided us with a breakfast to go and organised our taxi. Thankyou so much!
Bravi, tutti! Excellent rooms, the staff was fabulous, breakfast options terrific, late night staff friendly and accommodating, I couldn’t be more impressed. The bedding was so comfortable, shower pressure excellent. The welcome was easy and efficient, all the things!!!,
I had a great stay of two nights. It is a modern hotel that is well appointed. I stayed in a junior suite and it is excellent. The largest bed you will ever see in a hotel. It also had a twin bed. The bathroom is large. The location is not the best as you are a 1/2 hour walk to the heart of the center. The area is very quiet. The breakfast is not great, but not bad for Italy. The service was great! Everyone was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely return for another stay.
Such a lovely hotel in a good location with really kind and helpful staff. They really made our stay! Good location from station and easy walk into the centre. A lovely boutique style hotel. Our room was a good size and was cleaned impeccably each day. The buffet breakfast each day had a good selection of meats, cheese, breads and so many cakes.
Stayed here for a couple of nights recently, very comfortable, clean rooms. Staff were very helpful and friendly, the breakfast was nice, the location was only a short taxi ride to the central station.
it's my first time in Italy. i searched the web to find a reasonable hotel to stay in Bologna as usual and chose Executive Suite Hotels. Location of the hotel is very close to the train station, it's just 10 min. walk. You can reach to the piazza maggiore by bus in about 10 min. also, but do not forget to buy a bus ticket. My room was very handy and ergonomic, staff were friendly and helpful. Do not hesitate to pay for the breakfast, it was wonderful and delicious.
I spent three nights here; the hotel is in the outskirts of Bologna, in a quiet neighborhood, around 5km from the Fountain of Neptune but bus no. 25 ran frequently (15-20 minutes) to/from the city-centre.; the buss stop is jus 100mfrom hotel entrance. I recommend the taxi to/from the airport; it is only a 12 minutes’ drive to the hotel and the cost may vary between 15 and 18 euro. We had a lovely twin room on the 8th floor; the room is quite small, but very tidy and comfortable with a modern bathroom and nice balcony overlooking the green area around the hotel. The breakfast buffet is nice and fresh with plenty of choice and the staff are very polite and friendly people always willing to help. The only downside was the WIFI which did not work properly, especially in the evening or in the morning when all guests were in and using the network. As a total, I definitely recommend!…
