We only got to stay here for one night which was a shame as I'd love to have stayed more. The owners were so friendly and gave us very good recommendations. The entire place is lovely. Our room (the loft one) was very tastefully decorated and modern. 10/10 would love to go back one day!

Loved this B&B. From the rooms, to the delicious homemade breakfast the lovely couple that run the B&B, this is definitely a place I will return to. We had the best fresh squeezed juice I've ever had. Everything was fantastic. Our room was spacious and very clean. 10/10

We actually did not stay in this property, but needed to cancel our booking because of a massive bike accident with broken bones. Although we did not have the right to cancel our booking, the owner understood that I am not able to travel and accepted a free of charge cancellation even without seeing any proof. I am really impressed by this guest orientation and it confirms that not only the accomodation is outstanding as already confirmed by all the reviews here, but also the people who work here. We will definitely rebook once I am doing better and cannot wait staying in this beautiful place.

This is not in the centre. You need transport. If that is you, this place is strongly recommended. For a modest cost you get luxurious accommodation in funky rooms, very friendly hosts and a lovely breakfast. Friends who live in Italy and who we were travelling with to Bologna found this and we were really grateful.

Wonderfully run B&B on edge of Bologna, thus having a car is a real plus. However, it is very nicely appointed and the breakfast is very good. As we didn't have a car, the owner drove us to an excellent nearby restaurant and arranged for the restaurant to drive us back. The family that runs it couldn't have been more friendly and went out of the way to help us with whatever we wanted. Would highly recommend for a very warm, comfortable time.

Here you can relax in good distance of den historic city center of Bologna. The room are very nice with warm materials. A former farm storage house was made to a beauty bed n'breakfast. Highly recommended.

We were welcomed to the family run B&B by the very friendly owners. We had arrived early and wanted to head straight into Bologna and so the owner gave us fantastic directions and advice that we should use the park and ride (he could speak a good level of English, enough to pick up where my Italian fell short!). It worked perfectly for us. After a day in Bologna, we returned back to the B&B and checked in. The room was beautiful and had all you needed and more for a lovely stay. The toiletry packs provided were very generous and a pleasant surprise. Breakfast the next day was simple, but enough for us. The homemade yogurt was delicious. We had an overall really lovely stay and we would absolutely recommend it.

Very nice and beautiful place. The family that owns the place are very kind, and do really care for their guest. Great experience, with just the right spirit of Italia. Recommendable for everyone that wants to stay in a cozy Italian house, with a nice atmosphere.

A great B&B on the outskirts of Bologna run by really friendly people. We stayed there twice on our ride through Italy. Quiet and relaxing area, ample parking with easy access into town. Nice rooms and clean. We’ll use them again.

Just got back from a two day stay and what can I say - perfect! The family that run this b&b are so lovely and friendly and can't do enough for you! Gianluca the son speaks very good English as does Stefano and they all made me feel very welcome. The room itself I stayed in was a beautifully converted barn with original vaulted ceilings. Rooms cleaned daily and very nice Italian breakfast with homemade jams and yoghurt!! Such a good place!
