Entry to building appalling. Rang bell no reply, luckily someone exited building letting us in. Rang Lucca to gain access to Suite. Took front door key down to check it worked, which it did not. Rang Lucca, again, he replied not possible, asked twice for another key, he replied, asking for photos of passport. He sent Marina to assist. She arrived witth other guests, dealt with them, then took our key to check it worked, no it did'nt, eventually she found another key, which worked eventually. This whole process took just over 2 hours frrom arrival. Lucca never apologised for this delay and stress. Otherwise room fine, location fine, breakfast excellent but not on site, only 1 shower/shampoo gel for 4 nights, hardly luxury as stated on site. Bologna is lovely and Lucca does not do it justice, we enjoyed the city, met some lovely friendly people, ate fantastic food, don't be put off, just stay somewhere else.…

The place is very nice and clean...the center is very close. So we like it a lot. The only thing that took us by surprise was the checkin : I followed the steps...when I got in there was couple in the first room...with doors opened...almost undressed. Near it was a room...also with doors opened with 2 kids. I thought I got in some people home. So...later I learned that in the appartment there are 3 studios with a shared area...

Lovely accommodation a little out of the city centre but only 15-20 minute walk. Rooms very nice. Hosts were friendly and detailed check in notes were sent prior to arrival which made accessing the building very simple. Delicious breakfast also included.

Fabulous venue to stay, just a little out of the city centre, about 15 mins from the main area if you're walking, even quicker on the bus. Luca was very helpful and talked us through the whole building and entry. superb room layout and modern, breakfast between 8 and 11, which was lovely when I wanted a lie in. really close to some great restaurants too. Would love to go back.

We arrived late due to late arrival of our flight. Luca called as toensure that we arriced on ti.e and to confirm the time for our check in. At the Suites Sandra waited for us and wellconed us. Both the owners are very polite, friendly &helpful. The room was amazing. Renovated , bright, nice decorated and very clean. The breakfast was included in the price and took place at the large kitchen. The city center is about 15min easy walk. Our stay was very nice. I should recommend the Tempobiancosuites to other friends if they travel to Bologna.
