The location is very convenient, it is close to everything! The staff is amazing and they do whatever is in their hands to help you. Due to the COVID-19 situation the breakfast is not a buffet but you can order whatever you like for breakfast, it is amazing!

Delightful family-owned/run hotel in ideal location (15 mins walk to Centre). The family have been here since the 1930’s. Really charming & friendly with wealth of helpful advice & information. Rooms small but perfectly comfortable with comfy beds & good quality linens. Although an old building & style of decor in keeping, the shower was a modern unit & delivered copious hot water. Good Wi-fi, small fridge with water etc (no tea-making facs). Excellent buffet breakfast with cheeses, meats & boiled eggs. Variety of bread, rolls & pastries plus fruit. Hotel was full which caused some queues for breakfast tables but understood this was due to everyone on holiday arriving at once (normally, during the week, business travellers gone by the time holiday folks arrive for brekkie). NY Day breakfast time extended to 11.00 am - very thoughtful. Thanks for an excellent stay Pedrini family!

We have chosen this a hotel due to its location, from here you can visit all the interesting spots downtown, everything is in walking distance. From the airport it will take you around 20 minutes by taxi. The rooms are nice with amenities, air-conditioning and a tea-set. Breakfast is simple but okay.

Positioned at the far end of the Strada Maggiore this hotel is still an easy walk into the centre of Bologna . We stayed in room 401. Nice room with a fantastic balcony with views across the rooftops and onto the vineyard in the distance . Reasonably priced, room cleaned everyday , no complaints whatsoever What definitely return here . Thank you

Great location, good value for money, italian in the feeling. Next time we are in Bologna, we would definitely choose this place again. We had a quiet little room on the 2nd floor overlooking a cute bolognese courtyard with a spacious balcony. Bed was comfortable, shower was a delight! ;) Our room had AC which we actually used to heat up the place :) as it was raining, windy and 10 degrees in Bologna, half of the stay we were there. Not that they would not have the heating on, but still.... The room was kept very clean everyday, reception and other staff of the hotel are absolutely great. We only had breakfast the first day there and it was nice and everything was there for a nice little meal. Overall a great experience, to be recommended! :)
