Hotel Touring is an absolute gem. It has a perfect location close to, but not in, the very center of the city. Everything is walkable when you stay here, but you won't get a ton of street noise. The staff are extremely helpful, cheerful, and accommodating; they went far beyond expectations. Rooms are immaculately clean. The breakfast buffet has solid options, including if you are dealing with allergies (for us it was gluten and dairy). Rooftop patio is charming. Highly recommend.

Hotel's Favourite
Hotel is about 10 minutes walk to Piazza Maggiore. It has some restaurants and a grocery store near by, so very convenient. Roof terrace has fabulous view of Bologna. We stayed in a suite with terrace, but it's too hot to use during the day. Staff are friendly. Would definitely recommend it.

The Hotel is a very nice and small hotel, quite near to Piazza Maggiore. especially located in a stylish part of Bologna. The hotel staff is very helpful and thanks to them we went to very nice restaurants in Bologna. The only problem is that the personnel who change shifts are not aware of our previous requests, One last thing, the hotel fee was a bit high for us, compared to our early reservation and the services offered by the hotel. Regardless, I recommend it to stay.

Great little hotel in central location. Very clean and comfortable. Good breakfast buffet with egg, pastries, fruit, yogurt. We had a good size room and walk-in shower. There is a lift. Staff was very helpful and friendly.Marco the afternoon receptionist, was especially helpful with our needing to contact Trenitialia.

Touring Bologna is a nice Boutique hotel, placed in the center of town. The service is nice, Breakfast OK and the room was wonderful. Bologna as a whole, was a pleasant surprise. The food and the wines are fabulous.

This hotel is in a great location in regards to central Bologna given you are a 5 minute drive to the Piazza Magiorre and just 20 minutes from the airport. The view from the terrace is great and the breakfast does the job. However, the major problem with the hotel is it needs a revamp. This may not be said for rooms immediately above reception, but our experience in the courtyard was such. The rooms, whilst a decent size just look tired and worn with tiles coming apart and the rooms just looking a bit stale. The bathrooms in particular need a revamp. We did have some issues with noise from other rooms. That can't be helped, but given the money you are paying, they could perhaps soundproof the rooms a bit more. Overall, it's a decent hotel. The location is the real selling point, but the hotels looks tired and badly in need of an upgrade. …
