The attitude of the too person in reception is worse. I believe if I make a reservation in jail will be a much better attitude. The iron I used from them damaged my dress, and when they brought something, they took it back without permission. Service is terrible compared to the price I paid. I paid five-star hotel amounts 😱 you would not believe it because of the exhibition they take advantage of reservations, end the price is terrible. The attitude is worse than awful, and the surfaces are not suitable. Even though I am the highest member, a Royal level member of the royal ambassador elite members, I was not welcome, but, And I was not treated with respect. I don’t know if this is the Italian people's attitude or not so I have no idea.

Professional and friendly team. Focused on guest need, kind and helpful. Front desk stuff very supportive, correct and nice. Rooms are modern, bathroom clean. Hotel is well positioned for the Bologna fair visitors. City centar easy to reach by taxi.In the neighbourhood of the hotel is a great Japanese restaurant Genki Sushi.

Hotel is convenient to Fiere and BLQ airports. Very clean rooms and helpful staff. Full restaurant with breakfast included for a fee. Very near a major mall for other dining options. Rooms are small but very clean and comfortable.

Just coming from BLQ in the evening and continuing in the morning; little bit confusion at reception (hotel fully booked) but room was very satisfactory. Restaurant medium standard as well as breakfast, but not a reason for any actual complaint.

Arrived and were greeted very wary. Room was very good. Only thing lacking was a desk for computer work. Rooms are a little on the small side. But beds are very large and comfortable. Ensuite is modern and well equipped. There is a large screen tv with many channels and tea and coffee making facilities. The breakfast is excellent with both hot and cold choices and assorted breads and cakes. The staff are very helpful. We will stay here again.

Checkin, room and restaurant all great with friendly helpful staff. Sour taste after credit card was scammed and used directly after I used it on the premises to buy several on line items. Lucky I checked my account randomly and picked it up. Having to cancel my card caused some further headaches for our trip. Have a pretty good idea how this was done and it really left a sour taste!

Please be aware this is an ex Holiday Inn Express and is not to the standard of a Holiday Inn. Very basic and very small rooms! If you want a basic hotel fine...if not there is another HI in Bologna Heads up

My husband and I stayed for three nights, in order to explore Bologna. The hotel was clean, neat, our bed was very comfortable, and the breakfast was good. We were driving, so the free parking on site was very convenient. Bus stops into downtown Bologna are nearby, so it was easy to get to downtown and back; between 25 and 35 minutes each way, at a very low cost. We chose to stay here because the price on the outskirts of the city was much lower than comparable downtown hotels, as well as the free parking, and we trust Holiday Inn in general.

Excellent stay, the hotel is in a good location, is far from Bologna but if you have a car there is no problem. The free parking is a plus and the breakfast was very good. The rooms are OK, very clean and the staff was very friendly.
