We returned to this hotel after an enjoyable stay last summer. It was still busy and very popular with conferences and football teams. Breakfast remains good value with an excellent choice of cereals, pastries, cheeses, cold meats, fruit and yogurt. Our room was small but had a balcony overlooking the front of the hotel. It was clean and unusually for...

Went for a business job, not so amazing food, quite nice staff, it's clean, close to the highway, decent garden. Way better the small place they own across the road, check it out it's a better option to eat something.

Great location when passing through Bologna, decent room, good breakfast. Very professional staff. Nice decor. The hotel has an adjacent restaurant. Overall, a positive experience and a true 4 star hotel.

Booked in for 5 nights while touring round northern Italy. It is a good base 15 minute drive from the centre of Bologna, very & quick access to the motorway. The hotel has a classic charm, the staff are very polite & helpful. The rooms are fairly spacious and very clean. Only let down was there is only a shower...

This is a great hotel, I stayed there during a business trip and enjoyed the stay from checkin to checkout. Friendly staff and a great restaurant for dinner and a great breakfast buffet give this hotel a 5 Star rating. I will be back here again next time I'm in Bologna.

As a couple who enjoy travelling to Italy, my wife and I always make sure we find time to stay at the Savoia Regency just outside Bologna. It's a great hotel, with a marvellous restaurant attached, the Garganelli, serving excellent food. The rooms are very comfortable and well appointed, and it's always worth asking for a balcony room overlooking the...

By Italian standards this is a very good hotel (which corresponds with "average" in any other country). The breakfast is not much more than fruit and sandwich, but the elevators and A/C are functioning, the reception staff is polite, and there is a bar which works after hours - what else to ask for in Italy?

We stayed here for just a night while traveling through Bologna Italy. The grounds are beautifully kept and the hotel is very Elegant . It is very elegant yet comfortable . The staff was helpful and they helped us change our room into 2 rooms for a good price when we arrived with my 1abd 4 year old grandchildren. The...

My wife and I stayed here for 2 days, the hotel staff were great, extremely friendly with fantastic English which helps as ashamedly my Italian is non existent. They were extremely patient showing us where the nearby local bus stop was so it was very easy to get into Bologna - and it only cost €1.50 per person each way...
