It is a very small hotel but the room is big enough, clean and nicely decorated. The breakfast is good. The staff cannot speak English fluently but they are helpful. We liked there. But it is hard to find the hotel, there is no sign.
We had a 2 nights in the hotel. Beautiful small hotel with a good location, close to the center of the city. Friendly reception and possibility to get a breakfast. Great value of money and service. I would recommend this place to my friends. Thank you for hospitality!
the apartment where the rooms are in is in a good location. a lot of busses leave from next to the door and you can walk to the main suare in about 15 minutes. the room was clean, nice bathroom and nice furniture. i didn´t book the breakfast, so i can not say anything about it. the staff was very friendly and helpful. our late check in was no problem because they left the key at the pizza place next door. i would come back!
The rooms are really clean and nicely decorated and they are big. Also good and well equiped bathroom, comfortable bed. Cost effective breakfast. The place for this accomodation is good, center is ą0 minutes walk away. It takes 10 minutes to get here from the airport (about 10-15 Eur). It is pleasant and good if You get an opportunity to deal with an English speaking manager (son of the owners). Highly reccomend to take pica in Buffalo piceria (most delicios pica I have ever tasted). BUT: Feel sorry for those who will deel with the owners of this place. They do not speak English at all. As we came here, the key (card) was left in the mentioned piceria. No one told us about it. So we had some stress when we got and could not get in. No one was in and could tell about situation. At last we reached the owner by phone, but could not talk until they got their son to the phone (they don't speak English). He told us where is the key, but it was hard in piceria, because only one of them spoke. When we got the key with the roomnumber, we found this room is occupied by others. Finaly manager got there and found that we have to live in another room. It took a lot time and annoying. Also we found that one kee can open all the rooms. During the night air conditioneer was not working. It was about +35 so we could not sleep at all. To finalize, property is good, but managing needs to improve a lot.…
Nice. All included. Breakfast for only 5 euros. But if you don't decide to get one, kitchen can be used with no limits. Well equipted - towels, hair dryer, TV, AC. Rooms small but cosy. Each has its own toilet. Good location - 10 min walking distance from city center. Few bus stops to train station. Not so far away from airport. Generally worth its price.
As the title says, the room was beautiful, breakfast was also very nice. However, having to pick up the key from the pizza place down the road to then find out the owners were in the whole time and were ignoring the bell wasn't brilliant. Having an alarm go off in the middle of the day with no owner in sight to turn it off was not great either. Those things we did have a great stay, I would recommend it provided you didn't mind the occasional hiccup.
Cancelled the booking and left me on the streets, the staff didn't speak english and the hotel made no attempt to contact me about the cancellation luckily I found a hotel nearby where I got a room. Disgusting!
A lovely basic but comfortable room which was a great distance from the cities centre, only a short walk away. The room was cool and the bed was large and comfortable. Breakfast had plenty of choice and the hosts were very friendly. We arrived late and had to pick up our key from a nearby ice cream shop and work out for ourselves how to get in. Overall a very enjoyable trip. Bologna is a lovely place!
It was difficult to decide what to rate this accommodation as on the one hand, the room was very comfortable and clean and cheap compared to other places. The hosts also seemed friendly. However, the overall experience, including picking up our keys in the pizza place, not seeing any host to ask for information until the next day, alarms going off in the middle of the night and no one to help and loud business being conducted outside our room starting 7.30 in the morning, and the hosts on their phones all during our breakfast was enough to leave us with feeling that the stay was strangely impersonal but intrusive at the same time.
Travelling alone on business trip I stayed for first time at a bed and breakfast. Clean room, simple and rustic elegant decoration, beautiful. Having your key to an apartment in a building makes you feel local and free. Owners polite, friendly, and always available. Location in the centre, easy to move anywhere. I suggest it absolutely yes.
