Verry nice and well-equipped apartment. Comfortable bad. Location was perfect, in central area, yet aside from the traffic noise and only 15minutes by foot from train station (if you travel to nearby towns; we went to Firenze). Verry kind and organized staff. Easy check in and after checking out they kept our baggage in their office, called a taxi to bring us to the airport (app 20 Euro in one way). If we come again to Bologna will definitely take this apartment again.

In my third trip to Bologna I stayed at Bertiera House by Studio Vita. It’s a lovely flat in the heart of the city. Secure and well furnished it was a pleasure. The studio flat was decorated to allow separate sleeping area and plenty of storage.

3 beautiful days spent in Bologna! Perfect cleanliness with everything you need for living in the heart of the city! Too bad we only had 3 days... Definitely the next time we visit Bologna, we will order only here! We are Israel, but we have many relatives, friends and acquaintances all over the world. We will recommend this place to everyone and of course to our Israeli Facebook group dedicated to traveling in Italy! Thanks a lot!

We enjoyed our brief stay here in Bologna - the rooms were spacious and the kitchen/dining/living space was very functional and separated by 2 doors from the sleeping areas. Very central - but would recommend taking a taxi from the train station if you have a lot of luggage like us, i.e. 30 kg per person. Supermarket close by for self-catering, e.g. northern European breakfasts. Check-in easy and friendly. Would definitely stay in one of their apartments again.

Very spacious and cozy apartment. Literally two steps from the two towers. Location helped us a lot to move with our baby. The apartment is spacious, with many appliances. Very close to cafes, restaurants and shops. The apartment is very clean! Keep up the good work!

Everything other reviews have raved about are true. Be aware that there are different apartments so specific things in the reviews don’t apply to all. They are excellent communicators and respond to questions via email. If you have specific needs just find the direct website and ask. It’s better than going through a travel website. We have stayed several times and will again. The apartments and clean, well equipped, and the linens are high quality. I especially appreciate that they don’t use highly fragranced cleaning products, which Italians seem to love!

Clean, quiet, nice unit. Building has elevator. Very helpful and nice check in staff. Well run and managed. Approx 15 min easy walk from train. About 10 min easy walk into main shopping area and square. Great food nearby with many fantastic places to eat.

Whar can I say? Apt. 5 in the Vita Residence- 2 good sized bedrooms, 1.5 baths; perfect for 3 ladies. Location excellent and on a mostly quiet street. Shared balcony was great. Customer service the best; the office was ready and willing to help me make reservations. Book now!

I cannot say enough good things about the apartment we stayed in, it was just great. Fantastic location, spacious, comfortable bed, loads of hot water, good air conditioning, well equipped & super terrace. Check in very easy. Hopefully we will be back.

Had an excellent one night stay in this perfectly located and priced apartment. Very clean, staff extremely helpful and responsive. We had a shared terrace outside the room which we appreciated between a long slog round the town and going out for dinner. We will definitely return.
