After having spent time in Milan, Venice, and Naples, the Palazzo Galletti Abbiosi was exactly that... a palace. The rooms are large, impeccable and comfortable. The bathroom has a wonderful heated towel bar where we’d dry our laundry. (There’s a launderia across the street.) There’s also a very large shower/shower head with great water pressure. The beds are very comfortable,...

We had double rooms for single occupancy and were very comfortable. A fascinating hotel with its own church, two comfortable lounges and lovely staff. Location was brilliant. 5 minute walk to station and in town centre. Nice outdoor courtyard with comfortable seats.

The Hotel was located in a convenient place to walk everywhere. Our room was clean and the beds comfortable. The staff was helpful, but there was not enough staff. Our room was very dark and very plain, not a place you wanted to spend much time in. It was on the side street, which was busy and the outer shutter...

I stayed for a couple nights while doing sightseeing in town. There was an easy check-in, free parking, friendly staff, clean room, good breakfast, and the location is very central for sightseeing. The room was not terribly large but it was also good value for the price.

We were a group of 8 people and booked 4 rooms. The reception personnel were very nice and attentive (especially Antonella). The rooms were a bit different from each other and some with somewhat small bathrooms. The breakfast buffet was particularly good, offering plenty of choices and the service was very attentive.

It's difficult to enthuse about this hotel. It is in a nice building in an excellent location, but. Unfortunately there was a "but" about nearly everything about the place. The first problem is the address. If you put the address into a Sat. Nav. and then follow it after a long drive you find yourself in a bus only road,...

This place was converted from a palazzo and features high ceilings and a grand staircase, but the current decor is otherwise lackluster and could use some flair/updating to live up to its potential. The drab colors, cramped bathroom and simple furniture reminded me of my dorm room in college. However, just like your dorm room, it's easy to get use...

This hotel was very clean and comfortable. It is centrally located, so it is an easy walk to the major sights and restaurants. We especially appreciated a room that slept 5, as we do not like splitting our family of 5 up between two rooms. The breakfast was also very good. We had an easy time finding the hotel with...

Ravenna is a charming town with stunning mosaics from the early Church period. We stayed two nights at this well-located hotel and scored a beautiful bedroom with a stunning painted ceiling, part of the original owners' living area.. Friendly and helpful staff. Highly recommended.

Very disorganized. First, the hotel mixed up our reservations (we were traveling in a large group), so arrangements had to be made for half of our group to stay in another hotel for one night. Then luggage for those group members that was supposed to go into their new rooms was completely confused. The people at the desk were very...
