In a semi-central area, this hotel offers convenient parking and a delicious and varied breakfast included in the room price. Friendly and welcoming staff. There are two "Sonia" both professional and efficient. Clean, well heated room and comfortable bed.

I stayed at the Ramandolo Hotel with a group of 40 people as a Travel Agent and Tour Leader. I can no doubt say that it is increasingly difficult to find hotels where everything works as well as in this hotel: clean and modern rooms equipped with everything you need (including large and soft towels!), quality restaurant (not the usual low-level tourist menus) with hearty portions and tasty dishes cooked very well, so much helpfulness and kindness from all the staff. Congratulations to the owners who manage to transmit their passion through their collaborators. I will make sure to come back here with other groups to still lean on the Ramandolo hotel. All participants complimented the choice of hotel. Thank you!

The property has an indoor parking included in the room rate, easily accessible by car and a 20-minute walk from Piazza 1° Maggio. Going up to the floors, the refined modernity in the corridors, in terms of furniture and lighting, is striking. As soon as you enter the room, functionality, elegance, colors, lighting, decor, comfort of beds, etc. impress you. Large and functional bathroom with huge shower. Bright, spacious room. Great breakfast: lots of choice between sweet, savory, cakes, juices, etc., of excellent quality and continuously topped up.

Hotel a bit dated, cleanliness to improve :
dirty curtains and cobwebs both in the bedroom and in the corridors.
The corridors were not equipped with air conditioning, at least on the 4th floor, and with the heat of August even the wait at the elevator was unbearable.
Positive notes: professionalism and kindness of the lady at the reception and the girls in the breakfast room. Discreet and varied breakfast, dispenser with milk powder, on request for cappuccino with milk powder, I was provided by the bar. and standard quality. Even the tables of the room should be a little modernized

Not far from the city center I found this hotel welcoming right from the reception by friendly and attentive people. Although the room is small in size (211), I consider it good both in terms of furnishings and accessories. The breakfasts and dinners served at the table were to our liking, varied and plentiful. The service was quick and familiar, very kind waiters. Honest prices

Overall a very good '3 star' hotel experience. Great service, nice restaurant, free parking, decent breakfast included. Rooms aren't bad and they have a nice selection of local wines/prosecco for sale (takeaway) in the lobby.

Unfortunately I was assigned a room (despite the request for something nice) that I do not know whether to call it such. It was tiny, you could not move, the bed with the head in the hallway practically, bathroom without hangers and shelves, without a minimum of comfort. Staff (especially 2 men) at breakfasts and dinners even a little rude... the same breakfast very cheap and not cured ... now I understand the 3 stars but pay € 100 per day to receive this treatment I do not think it is the best. Only positive notes the location close enough to the center, although with very little parking and the girls at the bar very nice and smiling. I may have been unlucky but really the room and its bathroom did not have the
Minimal comfort. Too bad.

We booked this hotel for one night on our trip along the Alpe-Adria cycle path. It is no problem to get to the hotel or leave the city by bike.
The hotel is relatively centrally located in Udine. The old town, which is definitely worth seeing, can be reached on foot in a short time.
There is a lockable room for cyclists where bikes can be stored.
The rooms are fine, even if they are past their best. During our stay, part of the hotel was being renovated - so it could look completely different again soon.
Reception and service were fine. There was a problem in one room, so we were quickly and easily upgraded to a suite.
The breakfast buffet was rather large by Italian standards. Everything you need was there. Nothing that will blow you away, but so far - so good.

3 star hotel at the cost of 4 stars.
We stayed in room 208, the only room without a mini bar, the compartment was empty and only by asking at reception they told us that it was under repair. The bedside light was broken. The following morning there was no hot water and by calling the reception they told us, after a while of waiting, that there was a fault with the boiler which they then repaired in the morning, too bad they had an early appointment so no shower! Uncomfortable bed, terrible pillows, all of them! (we had 4). Average breakfast, the products were good but we didn't like the cappuccino from the machine. Central location, friendly staff.

Second visit to this simple but beautiful hotel. The first time in December 2022 I breathed in the beautiful Christmas air together with my family. Room perhaps a little small for 3 of us but in the end we only went there to sleep and it was fine. Second visit at the end of April this year and I had the pleasure of finding myself in a single room with bathroom with window (it's not easy to find around). Good breakfast, friendly staff and normal cleanliness, I don't understand the negative comments about it. It is a simple hotel with a price within everyone's reach. I will return if I can.
