When we came in the reception there was only very very old man looking as if he is going to fall in a minute, when we wanted to check in he started yelling something, then a very old lady came (I think she is an owner, nobody would hire her) and she was looking for half an hour my reservation (I know that...

Frankly I don't understand the very negative opinions of some reviewers. It's certainly true that the hotel does look a bit tired; but not more than other hotels (in Italy and elsewhere) that have better reviews. Above all two things into the property should be revised: the ugly carpet (that however looks clean) that covers the hallways' and rooms' floor...

The hotel is just in front of the train station and near to the bus terminal. It was presumably built at the beginning of the sixties of the past century and has received only critical maintenance repairs since then. Viale Europa Unita is a busy and noisy street, but the rooms in the rear the building are relatively silent. My...

I had to stay one night there , which was definetly enough. We paid 75€ for one night , breakfast exkluded. The staff was friendly and the hotel is directly in front of the train station , but everything else was horrible. The bathroom was really dirty, full of hair, limescale and dust. The towels have not been washed properly.

I stayed for 5 nights there... The staff was friendly and everything worked BUT I got bitten by bed bugs!!!! Plus the rooms from the road side were too noisy... Please stay away! There were some problems with communication, as the staff knew basic english.

We booked this hotel sight unseen and were pleasantly surprised. The room was suitable and comfortable in an old fashioned grand style. The wallpaper had seen better days with a water stain, but the room was comfortable and well worth the price. Breakfast was unexceptional. fresh bread with packaged croissants and suitable accompanments (jams, nutella, honey and cheese in packets)...

Stayed one night here and thankfully not another night longer. Hotel has seen better days; looks like it has not been refurbished since 1960's. Paid Euro60 for a single room. Musky smell. TV didn't work. Damp on wall and could hear water dripping onto ceiling- hope it was not sewerage! Breakfast was a disaster - buffet style of cheap packed...

We booked this hotel sight unseen and were pleasantly surprised. The room was large, comfortable, (we had a quad room with bath included for 120 euro) in an old fashioned grand style. The wallpaper had seen better days with a water stain, but the room was comfortable and well worth the price. Breakfast was unexceptional. fresh bread with packaged croissants...
