We checked out earlier this morning after a lovely three-night visit to Hotel Porto Roca. We stayed in their most economical room and, while it was modest in size, it was comfortable, had good storage space for a room of its size, included a very nice shower (by American standards) and a strong WiFi signal. The areas outside the hotel...

My husband and I got a chance to spend only a night at this lovely hotel in the Cinque Terre. It is a wonderful, relaxing respite from the bustle of the wonderful little towns. Just gorgeous and the staff was kind and helpful.

Our group had two rooms, both on the second floor sea side. One was a standard room, pretty small but decent size bath and nice balcony. The bed is as hard as a park bench, as are the pillows. My brother and his wife and two kids had the "suite for 4 people" which was a bit of a joke....

If you get a chance to stay at the Hotel Porto Roca during your visit to Cinque Terre, you will not be disappointed! Perched on the top of a precarious cliff, it is so worth the trip! The rooms have a distinct nautical theme and are absolutely spotless. We had a junior suite with our own balcony and separate seating...

We would highly recommend this hotel. The hotel itself is very nice and the staff was very helpful. Our room was a little on the small size for a junior suite, but pretty and functional. We had a very small balcony with 2 small chairs, but it had a fabulous view. The bed was really hard, like every bed iin...

The location of this hotel is nice, because it has a spectacular view. It's also pretty when the front of the hotel is flowering. The uphill walk might be a little much for some, but it should be fine for almost everyone. The view from the room was wonderful. The room seemed somewhat spacious.

First let me say to the negatives about small rooms and service...get a bigger room! We had a junior suite with balcony and it was lovely. The service was very good at the front desk, pool and bar. This place is an oasis away from the crowds down in the town. There is a shuttle to take you up and...

Didn't stay here, but would. We walked up for a drink and found it not as far or hard to reach as I thought before our trip. Beautiful place. Awesome outdoor space. Lobby and bar incredible. Have Simone make you a Bellini. Top notch and served with complimentary olives, bread, and Pecorino Toscano.

We stayed here for three nights. Our room had a sea view, was a reasonable size and had a small balcony. The hotel itself is apparently a 4 star.... Having walked around Monterosso and talked to other people this is as good as it gets when it comes to hotels in the area. The pool area was lovely. The front...

I stayed here recently for 3 nights - had a room with a sea view. The view was incredible and the hotel property in itself is fantastic. I found hotel staff indifferent to tourists. Be it staff in the dining room, at breakfast or at the front desk, the service could be improved dramatically. Otherwise, it really is a lovely...
