The view is simply stunning and hotel grounds beautiful and we initially liked the place very much. However, hotel staff were beyond rude on several occasions, as is also apparent in the way they respond to the feedback on Tripadvisor. I have never received such poor service anywhere despite having traveled in 50+ countries. I'd rather take my money elsewhere.

The resort is very nice - a lot of plants among the many paths. We did not eat in restoran, because food was to expencive and in apartmen you have a little kichen, so it will be silly to eat in restoran. you have to aks for laguagge lift, schedule of train, schedule of boat and schedule of bus to...

Stunning views. Hotel is on a cliff. Not far by car from Riomaggiore. Nice restaurant with very good food and very good coffee in the morning! Room very rustic; a bit too cramped for 4 people. The uniqueness of this property is worth the experience! You have to be happy with the steps, and lugging our luggage down in the...

1.Nice View! Every room face sea shore and full of flower. Enjoy the sunset in our own garden. 2.Too many steps downstairs. If you have luggage, you should ask when the luggage lift open, and arrive there on time. We arrived late at night, so we carry the luggage...

We had a wonderful time here. The property is beautiful, every inch of it. There is something for everyone. The only concern was the local bus schedule, which can make enjoying the day out shorter than one may like. I would highly recommend this place.

We found these apartments to be really special. We booked one of the ones down at the bottom of the 200 plus steps. The views were just spectacular from our private terrace.I can not put in to the words the feeling of sitting out with a glass of wine watching the sun going down from this beautiful spot in the middle of...

I was finding booking accommodation in the Cinque Terre area difficult to get a handle on what, where, which. The five villages are spread out , every review i read commented on parking, walking, and it was difficult to get a sense of where to stay. My partner has a bad back and i couldn't see us driving from Venice,...

A fabulous view, an excelent restaurant! Il Paradiso :-) Close of Riomaggiore by bus, it is an excelent place to have rest in front of the sea, in peace and silence. The Ligure food is fresh and excelent, the breakfast also.

I visited this hotel on an art trip with my school, we arrived to see a beautiful view looking towards the ocean. We then traveled to our rooms, however, in order to get there we had to carry heavy luggage down tons and tons of stairs. This was inconvient in my perspective, but for others with diabilities, this hotel is...

Spent 2 nights at Il Borgo di Campi in late May. Great rustic accommodation for our stay. The place is clean and basic but the views from our terrace was exceptional. We had a very good evening meal in the restaurant also with very friendly and accommodating staff. Be aware the steps up and down are a challenge if you...
