A warm welcoming from our host Enrico, this is just the beginning of our ''fall in love'' with Riomaggiore ! We stayed there from the 8th to the 11th of July. The hotel itself is a authentic and a quiet place located at the entrance of the village and they have their own private parking. The room is simple but...

After a hectic journey we finally arrived.. Enrico the host, was as charming as the many suns that decorated his hotel; I felt so welcome.. The calm and sound of the crickets was a delight, together with the many flowers that decorate the steps leading to the rooms.. Riomaggiore is just so authentic and romantic...!

We enjoyed 3 fabulous days and nights here in late June. We loved the beautiful location, proximity to the main centre of Riomaggiore (without being in the midde of it all) and the inclusion of car parking facility. Most of all, our host Enrico ensured it was a stay to remember for all the right reasons. Woudl love to return...

We spent 3 nights here in July and loved it. Enrico is a fabulous host--I saw him go way out of his way for someone who wasn't even staying there but one night, found her another accomodation (she had shown up without a reservation and he only had one night open), took her over there, and found a tour guide...

My wife and I stayed here for 2 nights during our honeymoon trip to Cinque Terre. After dragging our luggage all the way up the steep hill, Enrico politely informed us that there is a less steep path up the hill that we ended up using for most of the time we were there. Important travel tip: turn left out...

We stayed here for 3 nights in early July and were thoroughly impressed with all aspects of our stay from booking to checking out. The location is sensational (yes, it's at the top of the hill which may rule it out for those with mobility issues or who are lazy) with glimpses out to the water and it catches the...

We stayed here for a couple of nights and I would highly recommend it. The room was simply furnished, had air conditioning and a ceiling fan and a fridge. It was very and clean with lovely bed linen and towels, all the little things that matter on holiday. A great bonus is your own little terrace, a perfect place to...

The Locanda al Sole is an excellent B&B. Enrico and Maria were perfect hosts for our visit to this jewel of a fishing town on the Cinque Terre. He recommended good restaurants, provided detailed maps, and transported our suitcases from town to town so we could hike without having to carry them.

I stayed here with my girlfriend in early June 2012 and the hotel was pretty good, fairly basic but great breakfast. The worst part was the steep climb up the hill with our luggage. You can take a bus to the top of the hill but it doesn't run very often. The shower is very small as well. Enrico is...

Given how many cute little towns in France & Italy don't permit car entry, this place is great if you are driving. We arrived late, & got a room at 8pm. The owner showed us into a secure locked up park next to hotel which meant we could drive into the town & leave some belongings in our car. The...
