We spent 4 nights in Affittacamere San Lorenzo. The room was always spotless, good bed, big wardrobe, perfectly functioning and equipped bathroom. The room is in a very old building but updated with lot of care. Do your homework before you leave and ensure you have a big map of the area as the street is tiny and easy to...

We had a very nice stay here, in what is really the heart of the historical centre. Carlo, the host was very kind. He gave good advice and let us use the washing machine in the basement, which was a lifesaver. There were no surprise charges at check-out, which is always a plus. One tip: always sleep with the window...

It is a real privilege to have a room in this unique ancient building, a real historical site perfectly refurbished a d with all the comforts of a first class hotel in the heart of Genova. The owner is also extremely friendly, kind and knowledgeable and will give you precious tips for your stay. Really highly recommend.

Once you get inside, this is a nice place. However, unless you are very familiar with the ancient part of Genoa, you will not be able to find it without help! The place is not actually ON the main part of the street listed, but kind of around the corner. It is in the pedestrian only section of the city,...

This is a really lovely, quirky B and B. Parts of the building date back to the 12th century, so if you want to stay somewhere that's a bit more interesting than a chain hotel, this is a great option. The room was spotlessly clean and the breakfast was really excellent. Highly recommended!

San Lorenzo is just a few steps beside the San Lorenzo Church. It is walking distance to the Piazza de Ferrari, the Aquario, the shopping area in Via XX Settembre, etc. In short, it is centrally located. The owner is very kind and welcoming. It has clean, spacious bedroom, bed, and bathroom. The breakfast was too good to skip.

Giacomo was a fantastic host and made us feel welcome to Genoa, Italy! The Bed & Breakfast is on a tiny street and is a beautifully renovated old residence. He let us wash our small load of clothes and gave us restuarant and travel ideas. He and his family even brought our bags from and to the parking garage for...

The owners of San Lorenzo were very helpful in explaining how to find their little B&B tucked away in a great location right next to the cathedral. It is a small B&B run run by a friendly and helpful family. The rooms are in a 2 bedroom flat, each bedroom with ensuite bathroom shares a communal kitchenette/ sitting room. A...
