To be honest I don't understand how this hotel has a high score. It's not even a hotel, it's a b n b on the fifth floor in an old building with full of offices. It is more expensive than other 3 star hotels in Pisa with proper continental breakfast, but here you have only a coffe and a foccaccio...

First I'll explain why we have a high score because we are a clean hotel at a great value for money ... It tells us that the hotels in Pisa are less expensive ... could stay there in Pisa ... compared the prices with other hotels in Genoa ??? No. if you do not write certain things ... then each...

On the main shopping street, 5 min. from Brignole railway station and airport bus stop, and 20 min. walk from Genoa's main square & and old town. So very convenient and safe. Friendly staff. But... even though the room was at some distance from the reception, all the telephone calls, doorbells & voices were heard late at night so it's...

The stuff didn't speak english at all, not a single word. So it was a little bit annoying to get information about like parking and so on. The room was a little bit discussing and the door to the toilet wouldn't I call a door, so no privacy.

Crazy value for money at 31euro with breakfast. I was welcomed like a long lost friend. The room was nicely and newly decorated. The separate bathroom and shower also clean and relatively new. The host gave me an excellent tip for a local restaurant, I. E. A restaurant where locals eat. He was also passionate and proud of his town,...

We stayed in this establishment for 2 nights. It is well situated and close to the railway station and city center. It is a very basic backpacker type place. We had a private room. Very clean room and bathroom. beds were o, but not of the highest quality. Wi-fi was very good. Breakfast was good for the price

I booked one night at this hotel in a room with a shared bathroom. I had sent an email to the hotel a week prior to my arrival asking for directions from the train station and I never received a response. When I got there, they gave me a room with a private bathroom. As they were leading me to...

My rating is based on the cost of this hotel, which is very reasonable. As a solitary traveller, it's often hard to find hotels that are a sensible cost for one person. First, the positives: fantastic location, near Bignole railway station, so a short walk from the Volabus (airport bus) with suitcases. The area, which is the main shopping street,...

We had a nice stay at this hotel. The reception is very friendly and the receptionist spent a good 10 minutes highlighting places to visit in Genoa, including showing pictures of places with he visited with his son. They have this adorable parrot at the reception, which was extremely cute. At breakfast it flew onto my partner's shoulder and was...

The hotel is near Brignolle station (5 mins). It took us a while to find as there are two numbering systems used on XX September street but got there in the end. We didn't speak much Italian at all and neither did the receptionist when we arrived, but not a massive problem. Other reviews say they speak good English so...

“I think you'll get a better night's sleep in a room facing the road, but.also useful to know.that you can hear pretty much everything in the nearby rooms, so earplugs might be a good.idea.”

“just ask for a newly rennovated room and find a way to ensure a guarantee. if you need private bathroom, versus a shared, be sure about that too. if you stay near loud people since the rooms have absolutely NO soundproofins, ensure they will move your room ahead of time”
