The owner is very cute and gentle, informative and helpful. Our room was for 4 people. It had two separate rooms, one with double bed and one with two separate beds. The room was comfortable and had free wifi. The bathroom was small but convinient. There was shampoo and shower gel. There was hairdryer and the romm was airconditioned! However, it... More

Booked for 3 nights unfortunately not close to the train station (allow at least 30 mins walk or 15 Euros by taxi) in a noisy apartment building, lumpy bed and with no TV reception or cooling fridge.. This is not an hotel but a residence with no Breakfast or food/drink facilities. Bar and bus stops below are very rowdy most of... More

I was in La Spezia at the end of May 2016 for business. We had stayed with my wife. First, the operator (or owner) lady is not accessible by any means. You can find her by chance only. The refrigerator does not cool, the hair dryer switches off in five seconds and ironing machine leaks water excessively. They changed the... More

First of all, this is NOT a hotel, but a guest house. There is no front desk or reception or breakfast room. It is more of an apartment, divided into 4-5 comfortable rooms. So, if you don't need hotel services and your main reason of the visit is a few-day trip to the close Cinque Terre, Residenzia Viani is highly... More

We had a great stay here and used it as a base to explore Le Cinque Terre and other towns in the area. The owner was very kind and had lots of suggestions - he really made sure that we were set up for our stay. There is no front desk here and once you check in you're really on... More

It was a little difficult to find but after contacting the owner her led us to the right place and we were able to park easily at 2pm, we checked in and he gave us advice on the area and told us about free parking in the area. The room was clean and all that we needed for our short... More

We arrived by car and the host quickly registered us. He gave us information on where to park free, close by shopping, dinning and ways to get to Cinque Terre. The room was large, lean with excellent bathroom facilities. We stayed two nights, enjoyed breakfasts at the cafe across the street where we were so able to access wifi. The... More

We arrived in la Spezia around 11.00am by train. Finding the Rezidenza was a trifle difficult as it is not clearly identified on the outside board. However, once we had contacted the host, the booking was completed quickly and efficiently. The rooms were all booked and our request for a second night could not be completed. However the host rang... More

I stayed in this hotel with my mum and sister for 1 night as we explored the 5 terrre. We arrived before check in, but the... More
