Stayed here two nights. Arrived around midnight, very tired. Front desk was quick and efficient checking us in. Room was spacious and clean, with basic amenities. Next day, front desk was exceptionally helpful giving us information for sight seeing the region, transportation options were sorted out on the spot including shuttle and train tickets, maps, recommendations for restaurants. When we... More

Stayed overnight only during our trip to Qinque Terre. No complaint about location as we arrived after dinner and check out after breakfast. Breakfast is good enough. The room is ok but rather old. We checked in this hotel as a group of 22 people.

certain reservations during our trip to Italy was purely on budget & its always a good experience to have staff assist tourists (esp when we didnt speak Italian). The hotel is not located in the centre of the city but 20 minutes walk (or 10 by bus) away. It is near a main road but quitely surrounded by trees so no noise. The staff is always avaialble. Tiny Hall with little to do a part sitting in few sofas. Very small bar. My room was on ground floor... More

The hotel is located out of the city center, one of its sides almsot on a noisy highway, and the view from the rooms is too very bad. On the other hand, the staff is too polite, and the rooms are confort enough even if they are old fashioned and part of an old building. Considering all the above, it... More

We stayed 1 night and wished we could have stayed longer. Great staff, very helpful with directions on what to do in the Cinque Terre area and how to get there by car. The room was spacious and very clean. All amenities were provided. Good breakfast with lots of choice at the buffet. Would recommend this place for sure.

We stayed for 2 nights in November. It was very easy to find from the A12 highway. After exiting just drive straight into town and it will be on the left across from the exhibition center. This hotel was very nice to stay at. Each room comes with a balcony, spacious with dining table and a lovely bathroom. The breakfast spread was a good variety with a little bit of cooked. There was also free wi-fi and the reception were very helpful with knowledge and information of the Cinque Terre. In fact the only drawback was... More
