Location is central to everything, Room is a good size and clean. Staff were very helpful. This hotel ticks all the boxes, they only down side was breakfast. Although there was plenty of choice the hot food was cold.

Our third stay here because it is a great location and the staff are really helpful. I had my phone stolen from my zipped bag in Santa Margherita and the staff were genuinely upset. We preferred the old fashioned wood furniture and hope they don't try to compete with minimalist type rooms. Good value and lovely service from a family...

The Hotel Laurin is small and basic. Beds are not so good nor are the pillows. Rooms are small but very clean. Breakfast is terrible with over cooked food and little variety. Staff member moved food around with her fingers to rearrange on plates. However the position is good and some rooms have a nice view over the sea. Drinks...

Stayed for one night together with my family. Great location and friendly staff. Good breakfast which was not included but well worth the extra money. If you plan to visit Portofino during your stay at Hotel Laurin - take a boat/ferry. A truly beautiful part of Italy!

located in a great spot near the ferry, town centre and sea. they have everything going for them, yet there is something lacking in the place. when we visited, the place was almost empty. Notwithstanding, we were given the worst room in the hotel. this is my impression, and if there were worse rooms, i probably would have checked out....

The hotel has a great location. People at the reception were very kind and helpful. They made us free upgrade . We received amazing family studio with the large terrace with riiviera view- amazing! Alfredo restaurant next to the hotel is great, real Italian delight! Always we returned there! Thanks for the incredible experience, Hotel Laurin !!!

Hotel Laurin is located on the waterfront, so if you have a room at the front of the hotel you have great views across the water. Our room had a terrace, which would be great for relaxing on a lovely sunny day. The room was spacious, maybe a little dated, but it was clean and didn't lack in any way....

The room had a large balcony which afforded a view of the harbour however the busy road outside made it a little noisy. The room was adequate but rather gloomy. Although visitors have access to a private beach it is some distance from the hotel however the hotel does have a small pool. Staff were brusque but efficient.

I would recommend this hotel and would visit it again myself. We booked a family room for 4 adults and we were perfectly comfortable. We had a balcony off the room with a lovely view of the harbor. The room was very clean and even with 4 adults and their luggage it was not overly cramped. The guest services was...

Santa Margherita is a beautiful town that far less touristique than most Italian Riviera towns. Located adjacent to Portofino, it's a base to do day trips to Cinque Terre, Genoa, and other points of interest that you can travel by boat, train or taxi. The hotel is in the town center and faces the port. Every room has a balcony...
