Location was oustanding. Room with a balcony meant the view over the lake was magnificent
Because the hotel overlooks other restaurants, noisy diners (in our case loud Americans next door) kept us awake until past 2am. Not the hotels fault at all.
Best meal that we had during our holiday. We stayed 3 nights and as other reviewers have said the rooms are pretty basic. We had a beautiful view over the lake. The bathroom was fine but the furniture in the room was very old and...More
Tired but charming old Grand Dame building facing waterfront on Bellagio main square. Hotels in Bellagio are expensive; this is a reasonable alternative remembering that it is 2 star, not 5. Clean, quirky layout with polite, helpful staff. Room at front very small with fabulous...More

Yes, in front of the hotel there is limited paid parking but you have to drive through a bit of the pedestrian precinct to get there and give your car Reg number to the hotel. Alternatively, there is another paid car park about 200/300 metres away. Just follow signs to the centre and parking. This is the best thing to do then you can check that there's place in front of the hotel.

"Views over the lake are fantastic. Parking is a bit of a problem. Remote from the hotel and on a meter."
