This hotel has about 19 rooms, spotlessly clean, WiFi and fantastic friendly service. Helpful management and reception. It's located in a quiet street between 2 of the main squares so everything is within easy reach. Train station 10 min walk. Lakeside just 3 minutes walk. I ate breakfast in the cool courtyard each morning. Dinner was delicious, typical lasagne was my choice on my first night. Thank you to everyone for such a lovely time. Photo if a morning walk by the lake.

Although a small hotel the adjoining resteraunt punches above its weight. Great seasonal menu. Special requests not a problem. Friendly proprietor owned. Great plate of Bolognese ordered off menu. Hotel has 10 rooms and is worth asking about the tariff.

Had a 7 night stay in this Hotel, we had a front room with a Balcony see the photos. Spacious room with a decnet shower. The room has double glazing so you cannot hear the hustle and bustle outside. With shutters to keep it dark. The Hair drier plug socket was broken which we reported, unfortantely it wasn't easily repairable and the manager owner apologised to us about 5 times!! Within 5 minutes walk you can be nearly anywhere in Stresa, with 5 or 6 restaurants less than 2 minutes away and their own down stairs. We ate once and it was good food but not Pasta and Pizza. Friday they have a market behind the Hotel so if you have a Vehicle it will have to be moved Thursday evening, we recommend the market for a stroll around. The Breakfast was a good selection continental style Croissants, Bread Jam fresh Fruit, yoghurts, Cheese meats with some cereals too. Tea for the English to drink along with Coffee and Fruit juices. If you want views of the Lake Maggiore then this isn't for you, but less than half the price.

Best meal in 3 weeks of travelling. A family run restaurant so its like eating in an Italian home of an excellent chef. We had sea bass covered in zucchini and potatoes and beautiful sides. Don't miss this venue.

We wished that we had found this restaurant earlier during our time in Stresa. We had great meals in this family run establishment. It all got off to a very good start when we asked if we could have tap water rather than bottled water. It was fine - they didn't snarl at us - they just brought it. Tap water in Stresa is perfectly OK to drink and is more environmentally friendly than bottled water. The white house wine was good. Our meals came and they were both delicious. I had the mixed grilled fish - there was lots of it and it was beautifully cooked. My wife had the chicken which she enjoyed very much. If we were to come back to Stresa, we'd make a bee-line for this place.

We stayed 3 nights here in June and the hospitality was exceptional. The room was small but exceptionaly clean. The bathroom is snug but also very clean. There's also a balcony with each room. The staff and management/owners are very helpful and nothing is to much, just ask. Included was a great breakfast. The hotel is right in the centre of town with the main Piazza a 2 minute walk away and restaurants all around. Every Friday there's a markets in the carpark out the back entrance to the hotel which is full on with everything from clothes to vege's and meat. If or when we are back in Stresa we will definitely stay here again.

This is a must, if you are requiring lunch or dinner in Stresa then you have to visit this little gem. Always busy which is a good sign taking into account the many restaurants in the locality. The food, wine and the staff were excellent and I was fortunate enough to spend some time talking to the owner Carla, very nice lady which made the visit even more special..

This hotel is in a superb location - only 30 yards from a lovely Piazza and a 4 minute walk to the front/harbour. There are loads of good restaurants and cafes very near The hotel is clean and well presented with friendly and helpful staff at reception Breakfast is adequate with a small selection of meat, yogurt, cereal and fruit. You can boil your own eggs. Probably could have been a bit more choice - especially for the vegetarian but it was adequate. The room was lovely and clean. The bathroom also with a good shower. We were really lucky and had a lovely balcony overlooking a car park but looking up at the hills. The room was well cleaned each day and it had a fridge. Tip - our room number was 7 Overall this hotel was very good value for money and a lovely place to stay

Just off the main square in Stresa, this is a bit quieter and has an open air garden at the back which is very nice. Decent choice on the menu and very reasonable price. Nice house wine and good service.

Had 10 excellent nights in this hotel in Stresa. It suited our needs perfectly - small, family run, near the centre of Stresa and all its amenities. All the staff were most welcoming and friendly. The rooms were clean and comfortable with the fan an added bonus in the heat. Buffet breakfast was more than adequate and set us up nicely for the day ahead. I have nothing but positive comments to make. Thanks to all the staff for making our stay so memorable.
