Location is perfect and the facilities for bicycles were appreciated; However, for a three star hotel we don't expect luxury, but this hotel really was too dated: while the furniture is less important, the bathroom was the worst (for example, if you touch the shower curtain it falls down). Sound insulation with the neighbouring rooms is inexistent, so you can...

Simple hotel but in excellent location in the centre, convenient for visiting the town, the room was comfortable and large enough and clean, nice staff. We parked the car a little far away but it was a nice walk.

This hotel is dirty, the staff is rude, and the food is disgusting. The beds are very hard and the rooms are small. The hotel itself is ugly from the outside, and located in an absurd location. Not recommended. THE BATHROOM was the worst. It was small, dirty, and the shower was simply a shower hanging from the ceiling with...

Very good hotel. We walked in and ordered one night and the price was reasonable. The woman in the reception was very polite and offered to show us the room. The room was beautiful with old furniture. We slept well. The garage is 200 meters from the hotel. The hotel is in the city center. Walking Streets are everywhere and...

Well located: 200m from downtown Badly located: very difficult to find a parking (blue for normal parking, white for resident, yellow for whatever, too complicated &é"#<!:*@) Room was small, breakfast was ok. I may recommend this to backpackers but absolutely not to car-driving travellers !!!!!

Everything was ok. We had 2 rooms, one a single was a bit loud, I think there was air conditioning outside, the other a double was comfortable. In the evening we wanted a coffee, and although the bar was closed the receptionist was happy to make one for us.

We stayed in the Hotel Italia as a walk-in, during a road-trip through Italy. Always a risk. However, our experience was surprisingly good. Yes, the hotel is slightly tired - presumably due to its age - and yes, the rating of 3 stars is accurate. However, the rooms were comfortable enough and included decent amenities. The staff were friendly and...

Good location, absolutely lovely staff, very good breakfast. The rooms are decent. Comfortable and clean, but ever so slightly "tired" - but that's no problem really, and the hotel is well located. Tiny bit noisy, nothing serious, ear plugs if you're a light sleeper.

it's ok for a week end or short vacation. Well-positioned, a few hundreds of meters from the railway station and very close to downtown and almost all historical museeum. The price is rather low, breakfast included decent enough, room good considering the cost (double for 83 euros only). Bathroom is acceptable The only drawback is parking; they have an agreement...

During our stay in Mantova my husband had a medical emergency. The management and staff acted quickly and were extremely professional and helpful. Two physicians came to our room, ambulance was called and my husband was transferred to a hospital ER. Fortunately he was able to return to H. Italia that same evening. I certainly hope noone needs medical care...
