I booked this hotel using hotel points so can't comment on value for money per se, but this hotel is a very solid place to stay in Milan. The rooms are big and very well maintained - particularly the marble bathrooms and powerful showers. The...More

Central Station represents a bridge towards the future. Impressive skyscrapers and new age buildings stretch the skyline with the majestic Unicredit Tower cutting through. Surrounding it are large towers that define Piazza Gae Aulenti, where the fountain and the Monumento Trombe leave one breathless. A famous building of the district is the Vertical Forest, where the innovative materials and trees planted on the
terraces are a unique mix of nature and man-made construction. In the district, there is the Monumental Cemetery, known for its antique tombs with sculptures portraying angels of commemorative scenes many will find touching.

Not really close to any of the good attractions in Milan. Taxies are expensive, and Uber is actually more expensive than taxies (Uber drivers seem to all have very high end cars and change accordingly). I didn't use it as was there on business, but heard that it's easy to use and goes right into the centre of Milan from the stop at the hotel.
