Crowne Plaza Milan city is Located just above Sondrio Metro Station. It is conveniently located to many major locations. It is above 50 Mins Train ride to Central Milan Train station and can be walk to the hotel within 10 Mins. Lets take a look how does this hotel fair. Check-in When I arrive at the hotel, it was a small but lovely lobby. It wasn't a big hotel building but they make the lobby have a very good homely feel. As I had arrived around 8am and I understand I was very early for my check-in, I decided to give it a try. Ms, Monica was my receptionist who had done my check-in and she was very pleasant and hospitable! As my room was not ready at that time, she told me to come back about 4 hours later to try and see if my room would be available by that time as the hotel was fully booked. She served me with a smile and tried her best to get my room as fast as possible by 12pm. I had my room and she gave me a hotel drink voucher to also thank me for waiting! The service so far has been very good! Check-in Rating: 5/5 Room: I was given a 1 King Bed Room with a city view on the 5th Floor (508). Upon entering the room, it wasn't very big nor very small. The room size was about 23-25 sqm and felt just sufficient for 2 guest max to feel comfortable. The room came with a LCD Samsung TV that was about 40", a nice big working desk and a large King size bed. Thou the Bed and pillows weren't the standard Crowne Plaza Hotel bedsheets and Pillow Cases, it was still comfortable to sleep in it. The toilet was quite huge and it had a bathtub/Shower area together. It came with a nice sized Vanity Sink area too. Overall, the room was very nice and comfortable to be in! Room Rating: 4.5/5 Services: I have to say, the service here is really very very good! Besides Monica, everyone else was very friendly and Hospitable! I would also like to give a shout out to the Housekeeping Lady! She was really very fast in cleaning the room! Overall, Crowne Plaza Milan is a very very good hotel! and I will definitely be back to stay here again! In Jan 2023 with my partner! Ideal location- Sondrio metro right by the hotel entrance and can travel to most place on a €7 ticket which last for 24hrs. Love the hotel lobby and the room we (couple) stayed was clean but a little bit small. Suggestion for the management is to let occupants have the option to choose when to use air connection or heather ans the weather was warm when we Bisi but was informed they only put on the AC in Summer which was a bit disappointing as we had to open the window and the traffic noise was unpleasant. Aside from that it a very nice hotel and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it.

We had a very good time at Crowne in Milano. The rooms were amazing and big. The breakfast was very complete. But the best were the hotel employees, specially Veronica who helped us to sort a problem with our flight. Highly recommended!

My wife and I stayed 5 nights in this hotel for vacation in a Premium Room - The Hotel is nice and in a good location on the external ring of Milan city with 1 minute walk from Sondrio Metro station . The Breakfast was very good with a variety of food and beverages and professional service stuff. The welcome team in the front desk was very friendly and professional, special thanks to Laura that took care of all our needs . Fully Recommended hotel

We had a pleasant stay. The hotel is very convenient to the metro. The staff were very nice and accommodating. For us Americans the pillows were a little hard. The room was very comfortable. Overall we really enjoyed our stay.

Clean nice room, very nice breakfast and friendly staff. Only minus was for cigarette smoke in hallways. Location good if you want to live near Central station. Metro stop very close 10 meters from entrance.

This hotel's stuff is one of the most kind I ever been at. (and I travel a lot) . Breakfast was simply awesome and kitchen stuff were all over the details. The location was the best, as there is a subway moth right 5 mts away from Hotel entrance.

Only a 10 minute walk from Milan Central Train Station and right on the metro, this hotel was great for our two night stay to explore Milan and attend a concert. We arrived in the train from Venice and left taking to the train to Malpensa airport. We purchased 3 day unlimited Metro passes that let us explore Milan like locals and we were never more than 20 minutes by metro from the hotel.
