Great location in a quiet street in the middle of Milano. The hotel had a charming elevator and the room was very cosy with a Scandinavian flair. The service was impeccable. The breakfast was good, when we arrived in the dinning room all the tables were occupied and we needed to wait a few minutes, but as we got an...

Location of the hotel is great, just in the heart of the city. Is a quite small really nice hotel, with nice staff, lovely decorated rooms (quite spacious), very good sleep quality. The breakfast could be a bit better, but in general is a great option to stay in Milan!

This place is just perfect. It is a beautifully restaurated palazzo, just 10 minutes walk from the Duomo, at a reasonnable price for being in right in the center, the breakfast offers a good choice of products (Italian standards) and on top of all that, located in a quiet street. Highly recommended!

This hotel has been renovated with taste in a modern pure style. The room are very elegant and we enjoyed the huge bathroom of our junior suite a lot. The staff is very welcoming and they create a kind and warm athmosphere. We also loved the rich breakfast buffet a lot. I strongly recommend this central, yet very quiet address.

This is the worst hotel i have ever been to! The breakfast is a disaster! We paid for a breakfast buffet and it was the only hotel that does not serve eggs! And when we asked for it they made us pay! The buffet is only cheeses and some cakes! The most disturbing thing that there was no one to...

It is well located and clean. Excellent for a week-end break, I would not suggest this location for a biz trip. It is clean. I am not over-whelmed by its fancy attire but it might be appreciated by others. People are fine, helpful and discreet. Heating sucks although: air is dramatically dry in the rooms, this should be improved/ changed....

The Hotel is very central but quiet, on a small road between the Duomo and the Castello Sforzesco. The ancient patrician building has gone through an outstanding restoration, combining the existing ancient parts and the most innovative and glamorous design. Sometimes is the black nuance of walls and floors a bit depressing, especially when we wanted to take a shower....

Staying in Centro Storico

Neighbourhood Profile
Centro Storico
The pulsating core of Milan is in Centro. Duomo Square is enclosed by the gothic cathedral, the historic icon of Milan. However, shopping is what draws most crowds to this area. The classy and versatile Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II with luxury boutiques and high quality restaurants will turn any shopping or lunch expedition into a royal experience. Head to the rooftop of the flagship La Rinascente to enjoy the view of the animated square with a panorama of the Duomo. The Corso Vittorio Emanuele II is the street for high-end shopping. Brands of all kinds and street artists attract the attention of all visitors; while at Via Santa Radegonda 16, Luini Panzerotti is a much appreciated street food shop providing unimaginable culinary experiences. If shopping takes its toll on you, consider visiting Castello Sforzesco, a 15th century castle housing several museums. Those looking to relax can go to Parco Sempione, where nature provides respite from the energy of this dynamic and international city.

Hosted in the splendid setting of an elegant old building in Downtown Milan, rises PALAZZO SEGRETI, a new hotel concept. Located in the heart of Milan, between the Duomo and the Sforzesco Castle, the ancient soul merges with a modern image, made of sophistication and elegance. Raw materials, soft lighting, precious parquet, vibrant colors but never excessive: an architectural project that wanted the feeling of a second home, focusing on tailor-made livings and intimacy of the spaces. An elegant reception area, which houses important works of art, where to spend pleasant moments, thanks to the Winery. 18 rooms, all different from each other, to find your ideal place of rest and intimacy from the bustle of the city. Ideal for business guests looking for comfort and modernity, but also for refined tourists, given the enviable location in the heart of Milan, just steps away from the fashion district. ... more   less
