Friendly and helpful staff as it was also last time when I was here. Clean rooms, good air conditioning and good location and delicious breakfast. Rooms with minibar where you can also keep your water bottle and some of your own snacks.

This hotel is across the road from Milan Central station and the close proximity was great as we had luggage and an early train to catch. It's also close to the Metro so getting to other attractions was easy. Breakfast was very good. Room was clean, bathroom was clean but shabby. Considering the location and price, we were glad we...

Happy to find something affordable right near Milano Centrale. Only confusing part is that it's managed by the same people as Hotel Augustus across the street, so we had originally booked there, but were told they had no rooms (?) and to go across the street to Smart Hotel with our confirmation. Check in was fine, the room was clean...

Adequate hotel. Possibly the smallest hotel room I have ever stayed in. However, good value for money via Hotels.com. So no complaint for a city overnight when we spent no time in the room. Room a little tired but a good bed and clean linen. Helpful and friendly staff. In summation you pays your money and you takes your choice!

We stayed 2 nights, on arrival to Italy and 10 days later when we were leaving from Italy. The 1st night we found the Hotel unique, modern and trend, We had some issues with the bathroom, the shower is not closed so you make a mess in the bathroom when you use it. Breakfast was nice and included so it...

Staying in Stazione Centrale

Neighbourhood Profile
Stazione Centrale
Central Station represents a bridge towards the future. Impressive skyscrapers and new age buildings stretch the skyline with the majestic Unicredit Tower cutting through. Surrounding it are large towers that define Piazza Gae Aulenti, where the fountain and the Monumento Trombe leave one breathless. A famous building of the district is the Vertical Forest, where the innovative materials and trees planted on the terraces are a unique mix of nature and man-made construction. In the district, there is the Monumental Cemetery, known for its antique tombs with sculptures portraying angels of commemorative scenes many will find touching.
