All was great, perfect location near main railway station, clean quiet room with enough space for everything, hospitable staff, tasty breakfasts. Special thanks for a small refrigerator in the room and the teapot with a selection of teas and coffee and free bottle of water, it all gave a special warm touch to the stay. If I ever return to Milano, I will choose this hotel again without second thought.

I spent nine nights at the hotel. I was satified with the service and helpful personel. The good thing about the hotel is its location close to the Centarte Station. There are a lot of restaurants and shops around. Good connections by ATM.

1. Not soundproofing as its adverts. You can hear trams passing by even all windows are closed, and also your neighbors' TV programs, private chats and intimacy moments. 2. A room in level 4 are not working with natural air supply, you can only open windows and tolerate more noises. 3. A room in level 2 comes with a poorly installed shower, it didn't comes with a proper base like the one in your home, it was just a floor tiles without much leveling but at least there was a hole.

This is a lovely hotel with a delicious breakfast. I appreciated that it was close to the central station and multiple metro lines. In the immediate neighborhood there is not much to do or see, but easy to get to other parts of the city from the hotel.

Good hospitality, very lovely staff. The room we got was good for a family of three. We had breakfast included and it was very fufilling. The room was clean when we first got there, the cleaning stuff was doing a great job while we were away. There was only one problem that the front of the hotel is under construction now and it blocked our view but it didn't matter that much. Overall everything was good.

This hotel is located next to Milano central station a dangerous location at night. Full of refugees that Italian state can’t accommodate so they hang out and grab what they can get - just like the Middle Ages. So I was mugged just outside the hotel - no one truly cared, no cameras nothing I am diamond but the upgrade was nothing I could hear the couple arguing next door. Scaffolding out of window. Felt poor and miserable

I've stayed in Madison each time am in Milan for over eight year, staff are courteous and always willing to help, proximity to central station is amazing and the rooms are spacious which is a plus to me

I visit Milan often for work purposes. This time I was slightly unprepared and had a few more requests than usual for the staff. They always proved very helpful. Good job! I have nothing to say regarding the cleanness of the rooms, they are spotless (congrats from a germaphobe). The one slight thing I would recommend is to add slippers to the rooms as standard rather than on requests (always free of charge and available from the staff), and the possibility to control the room temp. independently.

The staff were lovely especially the two ladies on the reception, very welcoming and helpful. However I wouldn't recommend staying at this hotel at the moment as they are undergoing building works and the scaffolding is very noisy during the night in the wind and also the builders early in the morning stood at my windows. The room was very small and very noisy location. The breakfast was also very limited. However it is in a great place to reach everything you need to see in milan with great train and metro links.
