The hotel is very small but cute at the same time, I chose to stay here because the price for a night was good and it was near the station. The staff in both reception and bar were very helpful and kind. The selection of the breakfast was okay and I did enjoy it and the cappuccino was also fantastic!

I can not express how grateful I am to the staff at the reception. I checked myself in on the 1st and left on the 3rd of April 2022. My gal-stone played up and I had to be taken to the emergency room. The staff in the Night Shift called the ambulance for me at 23:30 and looked after me till I was taken to the hospital. When I got back, they cared about me and checked if I was alright. Even let me sleep in for a bit more to get a bit more recovery. They are very kind, very caring and makes this beautiful city even more warming to me. As they say, the people makes the place full of love, they certainly did for me. Thank you!

I usually am more fan of chains because of their global loyalty programs. But for one night next to Milan Central Station, they were too distant and much more expensive. It was great when you were leaving two floors down from the platform level and exited Piaza Sovaia, and you are just the opposite. In two minutes, you will be there. Next, surprise the stairs down to reach the hotel lobby, but there is a bell to call for support. Everything was well prepared: after taking two copies of our ID cards, they let us go to sleep. In the room, you find features you cannot get anymore with other hotels (like a filled mini-bar instead of a sales point at the front desk). The following day: a lovely breakfast buffet was offered. No cappuccino Americano for tourists: immediately, someone offered a cappuccino from the barista machine. No problem getting lactose-free milk. Only if you want hot dishes beyond the selection at the buffet do you need to pay a little extra. So 15 minutes before train departure we could leave and reach our train. Perfect place for an overnight train transfer at a reasonable price.…

We checked in on the 2nd January for a one night stay here after travelling in the region. We had previously stayed in Milan recently, the hotel is located opposite the train station and 10 minutes by taxi or metro to the cathedral. The Hotel was perfect for a one night layover prior to our transfer to the airport. Special mention to the reception staff on the evening of the 2nd and this morning, they were both top great.

Stayed here for 5 days recently and while the decor is eclectic, the service is excellent. Plenty of space in the room and windows that actually open! The bed would be classed as - firm. But comfortable nonetheless. Pillows however leave a little to be desired... Excellent breakfast - but don't be late! Ideally located close to Centrale and Beunos Airies (for shopping). Very clean. Excellent staff.

The lobby is much fancier than the room. Our room was right next to the elevator and sounded like a Disney ride taking off nonstop. The AC wasn’t working half the time. It was so hot I couldn’t sleep. The mattress was like sleeping on plywood. It was horrible. I didn’t sleep at all the 2 nights we were there. Pro the breakfast buffet was very good. If I’m ever in Milan again,’I’ll probs not stay here

Stayed here one night because of my Easyjet flight cancellation. Outstanding staff! Big clean room, excellent breakfast, very nice lobby and interiers. Hotel is literally across the street from the train station and near cabs and buses.

I booked this property because of its location near central station which I found very convenient for transportation in and out of Milan, and also because it provides family connecting rooms. However the hotel is old and dated, rooms and bathrooms are clean but are small. The most important thing I was looking for is good sleep quality which I didn’t have! The air condition stops cooling during late night hours everyday and this disturbed our sleep and even gave me severe headaches! When I informed the receptionist he didn’t seem to be surprised, as it seems something common!! I would say MAYBE for energy saving purposes!!! I can understand this and faced this problem in autumn or spring months but NEVER during summer. In summary I don’t recommend this hotel in summer at all.

Very good location, short taxi to Piazza del Duomo but also walkable. 1 minute walk to the train station. Staff was 5 star L ++, extremely helpful with excellent restaurant recommendations. Rooms were very clean, spacious, and comfortable.

We stayed here two nights after arriving in Italy. We used the hotel to overcome jetlag and see a few sights in the city. The room was just what we needed, across the street from the train station but quiet and clean.
