Good location , Good Price. I went there with 1 friend of mine before the summer for vacation. The reception was polite with us and the room was clean . I faced a problem with my credit card and the manager of the hotel helped me to solve it in order to charge me for the room.
Great hotel near metro station and Milano Centrale and not far from shopping area. Very good located. Folks on reception helpful and smiling. Nice small breakfast served in the morning. I definetely recommend that hotel.
Having never been to Milan it was difficult to know where is best at a reasonable price. We only sleep in the hotel!!! The location is about 20 mins by metro to the duomo. About a 20 min walk is the shopping/eateries. Masses of choice for both so surprised. We felt very safe walking around even during the evening. The rooms/bathroom are not huge. Ours could have done with a new cost of paint but it was clean and served a purpose. The safe did not work. 1st night at 2am we did have problems with our neighbours, rather vocal sex!!!! Reception and bar area was very pleasant and everyone polite. Even now knowing a little more about Milan I would probably choose this location again. Everything is close by.
Had to spend a night in Milan to catch the train to airport the next morning. I made mi reservation through Booking.com and didn’t spend much time researching since I just needed to spend one night and needed to be close to train station. The location is good, and the hotel seems to be recently renovated. Lobby is welcoming although not very traveler friendly as you need to go up few steps before you can catch the elevator. I did not see a ramp for wheelchair access or wheeled luggage, otherwise lobby was clean and modern. Staff was courteous, but I was exhausted and didn’t have much interaction. Once I exited the elevator on my floor, 5th floor to be precise, I still had two ramps of 3 stairs to climb with my heavy (wheeled) luggage before reaching my room. I had a room with a single twin bed, no complains, that’s what I booked, the room was very small but clean and modern and that’s all I needed since I spent there only one overnight. The only other complain I have besides the fact it’s not wheelchair/luggage accessible is the bed/mattress. That was probably one of the most uncomfortable beds I have ever slept on. Hard mattress that felt like a jail bunk (never being in jail but I can only imagine). I really loved the place and the modern renovation that clearly was recently done, but would rather go somewhere else due to the back pain I had on my 10 hours flight due to the terrible mattress. …
Extremely rude staff, especially the woman with the dark hair. Dishonest and false advertising - this hotel does not have air conditioning. The staff ignores you when you ask to resolve the problem or even offer solutions (I proposed they supply a fan, and they threatened to evict me). Avoid this hotel! Location is poor, about 15 minute walk from the train station. No breakfast option to speak of, just coffee and a croissant for 5 euro.
We booked this hotel specifically for its close proximity to Milan Centrale train station . . about a 6 minute walk, once we had it down pat! We were travelling to Monza for the F1 weekend so the room/hotel was secondary. Which was probably just as well, as it really doesn't offer much of an experience. Reception staff are courteous but indifferent. The 'bar' is non-existant, they recommended we go along the road if we wanted an alcoholic drink as all they could offer us was coffee and that was only if someone was around to make it. Room was tiny, almost claustrophobic, bed not that comfy, toilet cistern took about 15 minutes to re-set itself after a flush, and one night ran all the way through the night. House keeping was good, can't fault that, but when we checked out, we weren't asked if we'd had a good stay . . nothing particularly nice or nasty about the whole experience, just didn't feel like we mattered.…
We stayed for a night to catch the train the next morning. Rooms were bigger than expected, aircondition worked perfectly fine. Room was always a nice temperature. Wifi worked well. It was clean and the bathroom was clean and big enough for 2 people... You can't expect a 5 star service for a 3 star price. Met all expectstions.
I do not recommend accommodation at this hotel. 😡Avoid!!!😠😠😠The mattress is a nightmare🛏️. 😱I signaled at the front desk and a young brunette lady replied that all the mattresses were the same. Is it possible that no one noticed a mattress that literally collapses🤦♀️? Miss brunette had a arrogant attitude🤦♀️😡Avoid her too. 🤬
The only things I liked about this place were the staff and location. Thankfully, I was only here one night to catch some sleep before I took a flight out the next day. I got no sleep because the walls are paper thin, so I heard everything everyone was doing all night. The bed was also the worst. I love a firm mattress, but this was like sleeping on a boxspring. I felt every spring in my body all night. The room was a good size, and the bathroom was clean, but my carpet had stains all over it. I honestly would have made out better sleeping rough in the train station.
Three star hotels in Italy are usually reliable and this one fits the bill. The room was a good size as was the bathroom. Everything was in working order although the aircon struggled to cope with the heatwave. A light breakfast is available in the pleasant bar at a normal price. It's worth noting that although the hotel is ideally located for people using the central station it's a good thirty minutes walk to the tourist attractions.
