The receptionist was arrogant for a start. Second of all we were put in this room in the first floor which was horrible. We arrived they had opened food in the mini bar. it was cold, the air conditioning was not working properly, the floor was freezing and the bed clothes were not warm enough. Me and my partner couldn’t sleep with all the noise during the night and the morning, we could hear everything, since the staff talking loud to the clients opening and closing doors it was horrible. And it was a Monday night I wouldn’t want to imagine if it was a weekend. For the price I have stayed in much better hotels. And I would say this is a 2 star hotel never a 4 star.
Unfortunately we had some items stolen from our room during our stay and we didn’t realise until we returned home. Items were in our carry on wrapped in a few different bags so we didn’t think to check or open our luggage again before leaving the property. Really disappointing as the items were expensive souvenirs from the Paris Diptyque store. I have contacted the hotel but haven’t heard back. Looking at another recent review it seems this isn’t an isolated incident. I recommend finding other accommodation in Milan.
got back this weekend from 3 days in Milan, staying at Just Hotel. I booked this as a surprise birthday weekend for my boyfriend and was looking forward to a lovely stay. We arrived at the hotel around 11am and was told we were too early for check in. The hotel said we could leave our luggage as we had a few hours before we could check in properly. We decided to leave the bags in the “secure” luggage room with the hotel while we went out for some lunch. We arrived back later in the afternoon to check in and get ready for the evening. As we got back to the room, my boyfriend noticed his expensive aftershave was missing from the top of his bag. We searched the room upside down several times to make sure we weren’t imagining it, but to our disappointment we came to the conclusion it had been stolen while the bags were left. I had bought him this aftershave in the airport as a birthday gift and it was expensive. It seems suspicious that in the time we had left the bags with the hotel staff and us going out for lunch & coming back with said item stolen. Sadly this put a dampener on our whole weekend as we were constantly chasing up the hotel staff each morning to figure out what had went on. Obviously nobody had owned up to taking the aftershave and the staff claimed they had checked the cameras in the lobby but couldn’t see anything. The staff didn’t seem bothered about our claim and didn’t do anything to help or try to resolve the situation. I am so disappointed as this was meant to be a great weekend away for his 30th birthday & for it to be ruined within a couple of hours of us arriving, is not on. I seriously recommend you do not leave your luggage with this hotel or hotel staff as there is apparently no cameras in the luggage room and the only camera in the lobby seems to be facing one computer and not the rest which is a coincidence to me. Sadly I will not be returning to this hotel ever again and wouldn’t recommend to anyone for future stays unless you want your belongings stolen. The hotel wasn’t exactly cheap so for an expensive item to be stolen from us without any remorse is a kick to the teeth. Please think twice about booking this as you could definitely get more value for money elsewhere and put your trust into somewhere better with more caring staff when it comes to this type of subject. Amenities were shocking too, no iron available in the room, no tea/coffee in the room and basic…
Very good option in milan. Nice room a little bit small when they added the baby crib but manageable. The location is nice but if you prefer to walk the duomo it's not suitable for you. They have parking in place but you have to pay for it and you need to call everytime so they can open the parking gate!
The hotel was in a great location near the main Milan central station, and we guess that was where other hotels were based since we saw these along the same street of this hotel. The rooms as some reviewers mentioned were small but we found it fine for 2 people. The aircon was a bit cold so we had this turned off by reception and they were very helpful and friendly throughout. There are noises from other guests and yes at around 7am weekdays the workman start work km the building next door but we normally wake up around this time so this did not bother us. The rooms have no tea/coffee making service so don't expect this, Aand actually this was the first hotel we had stayed in Italy that did not have in room hot beverages. Like most Italian hotels they also don't provide toothbrush, toothpaste and hair conditioner. Next door to the hotel is a restaurent where you can eat in or buy foos to take out. There are loads of mini supermarket's nearby like Carrefour so you can buy the essentials. Only gripe I had (and has nothing to do with the hotel) was people were smoking dope in anytime of the day and it was some strong stuff, but I guess the locals are used to it since they weren't bothered at all. Overall I would stay here again because it was convenient and the staff were friendly.…
Don’t be put of by the outside as we left Milan central station and looked across the square it is not a great site however the inside is totally different. Good check in experience ultra modern decor very clean good bed great shower. At early morning checkout the night manager was friendly and efficient.
We stayed at hotel Just Milano for two nights. The rooms were modern and excellent. Breakfast in the morning was also very good. The staff were very accommodating and nice. The location is less than five minutes from the train station. However Gps google told us a roundabout way which took us about 20 minutes to get to the hotel. But it’s actually almost across the street from the train station. So be careful with that
I booked the hotel in April. Last week they cancelled my booking, without sending me any email or messages. Customer service was not helpful at all, It’s costing me now double to book , same hotel. Very irresponsible and no response from the hotel.
The hotel is so close to the metro, train station and a bus stop if you need to travel to the airport. It is clean, the room is a good size and the bed was comfortable. We asked for extra pillows and we had no problem sleeping. The aircon was ok considering it was very hot in July, it did a good job. The room doesn’t have a kettle for tea or coffee, so we just get our coffees and croissants from Cafe Napoli by the station. We didn’t get breakfast because we travel so early every day going to Lugano and Lake Como and for that, we find the location so perfect!! There is Starbucks nearby the station too. The staff are nice and helpful. We left our luggages for a while on our last day. We took a taxi from Linate airport going to the hotel and it cost us 55 euros. We later found out about the bus near the train station that goes to Linate airport and only cost 7 euros each person and so we did that. Very nice.. I would recommend this hotel for the location and convenience..…
Wonderful hotel. Clean modern and at a very good location for business since it’s in front of the central train station and the metro lines that easily take you to downtown. Lots of shops and restaurants. Out of the hectic, pricey and crowded Duomo area.
