Hotel Fenice was a beautiful start to our holiday in Italy. My stay was July 2014. It is perfectly situated in the centre of Milan close to all public transport and shopping stores. The hotel is clean and staff very friendly and speak English. Beautiful and inexpensive.

We stayed at this hotel from 1/13/2017 until 1/14/2017. It was very nice. Breakfast was wonderful. Loved the cappuccino, yogurt, pineapples, and peaches. Really not a breakfast person so this helped me start my day. Our room was alittle small because we were three people but we made the best of it. A lot of restaurants in area. The One...

A perfect hotel for a long weekend. Has everything you need for a comfortable stay with very helpful and friendly staff. Situated on a side street just off of Corso Buenos Aires and nestled between shops and restaurants and a supermarket as well as being just a couple of minutes walk from the M1 Metro Line which gives you quick...

Comfortable hotel, pleasant and helpful staff, good breakfast and convenient location. The rooms aren't large; this is a mid-range European hotel, after all. We did have a problem with the plug in the sink not working, which wasn't ever fixed satisfactorily, but otherwise our stay was enjoyable. The inside room was away from the traffic noise that I imagine you...

Incredible service, PRIME location at great prices. If you are from the US, I must let you know a Single Room is tiny but efficient room with a tiny bed and you can not have ANY visitors to your room. Had I known this before I booked through a travel club I belong to, I would have booked a Double...

Good location with easy access to metro. Friendly, courteous, and helpful staff. Good breakfast. Shower is small and poorly located in the bathroom making it hard to get in and out. One night was very noisy from the bar downstairs.

Walking distance to train station and major tourist attractions. Bathroom is about outdated. Air conditioning was not working properly during our stay, could be a bit hot in the night. Apart from this, everything is fine. Receptionist is very kind and helpful.

Just returned from 5 night stay in The Hotel Fenice. It is perfectly positioned for easy access to the metro (red line right outside hotel which takes you to the Duomo & main shopping area) and the No 9 tram (outside & turn left in front of Tommy Hilfiger shop) which takes you to either to the fabulous Milan Central...

We decided to come back to this hotel again because of its location and we were not disappointed. The staff were very friendly and helpful answering typical tourist questions: where to eat and how to go somewhere. Our room overlooked Corso Buenos Aires and presented a lovely view of Milan. The bathroom was luxurious. The ice cream and hot chocolate...
