My husband and I spent some time at the hotel last summer. I must say the location is perfect with just a tram ride to center of town. I however think the hotel is a bit overpriced. It's just a B&B but the price is more like 5 stars hotel. The breakfast was a big joke. No hot food! I... More

Stayed 3 nights at this location. What you would expect from a hotel. Free buffet breakfast included as well as free wifi. There is a lift, however it is very small. We used the stairs most times. Room was comfortable, with a long coridor to the bathroom. This made the room feel larger. Hotel is located just off the main... More

Stayed last November 2015 during 3 nights. Expo was over, but price was still high....or very high considering room size, parking availability, and overall hotel status. Parking is away from the hotel, and staff needs to escort you to your car everytime you want to use it....not really easy. There is only one elevator and is accessible after a few... More

We arrived to hotel Fenice after sleeping for two nights at the StarHotelRitz during the time of the universal exposition. They charged 250 Euro a night because of the exposition. The lobby was fine. the location is good. The lady at the reception was EXTREMLY rude. The carpets in the hall of the hotel where the rooms are were dirty and... More

Researching Milan hotels on a mid-range budget I concluded that the choices were 1. City centre hotels, where the rooms were usually small and the prices high, 2. Hotels in the suburbs, where the accommodation was more spacious but the metro ride into the centre long, and the local restaurants few, and 3. Hotels like this one just outside the... More

Clean hotel, with a buffet breakfast. The staff were always helpful with any questions. The photos are accurate. Right beside the underground, as in right beside it. Close to amazing restaurants, some great little bars and close to high street shops. I'd stay again.

This hotel is staffed with very helpful and friendly people. It is clean and the rooms are nice. It's location is wonderful. It sits right in front of a Metro station and that makes it very accessible to many things. The area is very nice surrounded by shops and restaurants as well.
