I will give this hotel 5 stars. The service excellence, the location, the food, the staff who all spoke English made our stay more comfortable. It's position in the city is close to everything. Right outside is the bus stop and tram station, below that is the subway station. A perfect place to stay.

This hotel is very well located at the edge of the city center and in front of the M1 metro station. It is a traditional hotel with a good continental + breakfast and friendly staff Internet is complicated because you have to punch in user, password and room number almost every time you need it. The bathrooms have been renovated...

I found other reviews helpful and overall accurate. This hotel is comfortable, nicely located although not right in the heart of things (get the hang of metro), and has an excellent breakfast - and excellent wifi which I notice more and more nowadays. Room not large, but with high ceilings and nice furnishings was very pleasant overall. Pretty small bathroom...

I rate this hotel very highly. Well positioned with the underground virtually next door, taxi rank on the other side of the road and within walking distance of the key tourist destinations of the city. Perhaps more importantly the service I was provided with was exceptional - illustrated by the fact that I checked out on Sunday but my train...

Hotel Fenice is in a great central location which makes for a great base for a Milan holiday but past that this is a very average and boring hotel. The rooms are small and lack character. The staff aren't exactly accommodating, they just appear to do their job. We asked a number of times for suggestions and or directions and...

A quick taxi trip from the main railway station (I would not walk it with a suitcase) and a great location in the heart of the shopping district. Only a few metres from the Metro station. You can also walk to the Duomo and a few other attractions - takes about 20 minutes. There is a good little supermarket 75...

Brilliant location in the city center (you can easily walk there). Rooms are a bit small and OKayish. Not fancy but OK hotel. Lots of restaurants and bars nearby which is naturally great. Coffee in the breakfast was horrible.

This hotel is a very good choice when visiting Milano. You can walk to the Duomo (appr 20 minutes), a metro station is around the corner and Linate Airport is nearby. Rooms are clean and tidy, bathroom nice with a good shower, breakfast is very nice and last but not least: very friendly staff. I would recommend this hotel. O,...

Being situatedin the centre I had asked for a Ro room the top floor at the bac to avoid the noise, bad move. The room we were given was stuffy and with non charachter. So we opted for a room on a lower floors facing the front and inspire of the noise this was the better room all round.
