The staff was realy kind, and the room itself was ok for a 3 star hotel. The very big downside of this hotel is that it's advertised with airco, but the airco was only on, maybe 30% of the time, and we had no control over it and when it the airco was on, it didn't realy blew cold air....

Cons: 1) Shower is very small 2 ft x 2 ft so it is very difficult to wash. 2) Complimentary water 2 bottles, one is with gas and another one is non gas. I asked the reception that if it is possible to change the 1 with gas to non gas they said no if I open the non gas...

We book on 10-apr-2017 from a website. The hotel description is they has air-conditioner service, but on that day they dont open the electric for air conditioner. Milan on that they is freaky hot and we cannot sleep in night, we do complain to reception night shift but they said we have to wait for manager in the morning, they...

Dear Ohmy_Atta, You received immediately my email with apologies and explaining that to satisfy your wish meant to dissatisfy a couple of hundred of other customers in hotel. It was only you claiming AIR CONDITION with a temperature below 10 degrees. I find your attitude very insatiable and polemical beyond any limit. We try to give the best service to...

I stayed in this hotel with my friend for 4 nights. It has great location. The train station is 4 minutes away on foot. There is a decent grocery store on the corner that can easily be helpful late at night. The hop on hop off station is about 5 minutes away rombthe hotel. But the hotel needs a serious...

I had accidentally made a reservation for the wrong date. After arriving at the hotel I was informed that that reservation was not transferable. So I ended up paying 2 nights and staying only 1 night.

I spent one night at Mokinba, and found it to be a very good option for a short stay, just a 5-minute walk from the main train station in Milan. The lobby is spacious (couches, lounge area), with an efficient check-in system. Staff was professional. I didn't have the breakfast, but it's available in a room downstairs. There is a...

Probs 1.) We made our pronotation 2weeks before. After a long trip we finally arrived at the hotel. This got me disappointed, that the rooms are not still available. We waited for almost 20mins. 2.) From your room, specially at night you can hear "everything" from the hallway. Even when your walking on the hallway, you can hear other clients...

I would not recommend it to anyone. Old, dirty, dusts on the wall, shower - microscopic size, it was impossible to take it. I don't understand how staff can take my passport for all night? This is legal? I don't think so. When I said no, I saw a very angry and unhappy face. My suggestion for all - run...

Old hotel with its main advantage being walking distance from the Milano Central railway station. Reception and front desk staff were really friendly. Did not try the breakfast. You can literally walk pulling your bags from station to the hotel. Walk is like 5 minutes so it is not too close to lines by any chance so there is no...

I have just come back from staying at this hotel for 2 nights with my boyfriend for his 21st birthday and I was very apprehensive about it after reading some of the TripAdvisor reviews. We entered the hotel to a clean and spacious lobby area and was greeted by a very polite and chatty lady on reception who checked us...

Stazione Centrale
Central Station represents a bridge towards the future. Impressive skyscrapers and new age buildings stretch the skyline with the majestic Unicredit Tower cutting through. Surrounding it are large towers that define Piazza Gae Aulenti, where the fountain and the Monumento Trombe leave one breathless. A famous building of the district is the Vertical Forest, where the innovative materials and trees planted on the terraces are a unique mix of nature and man-made construction. In the district, there is the Monumental Cemetery, known for its antique tombs with sculptures portraying angels of commemorative scenes many will find touching.
