We stayed at this hotel during a conference week at Mico Congress. It is 10- 15 minutes walk to the congress and very convenient to go to Milan center by Tram. The hotel staffs were friendly and helpful. Room was basic ,however it was clean and well equipped with TV, air conditioned and hair drier. Free guest wi-fi .Breakfast was quite mediocre with package toast.
The only cons : I am not sure if they can provide non smoking room.

Hotel Parma was recommended by friends in Italy. I was on a pleasure trip with my son. We spent two nights, three days in Milano and needed a convenient, central and inexpensive place to stay. An elevator is also available to access upper floors.
We arrived Milano via train and the hotel is a short drive from Milano centrale. Located in a central, quiet neighborhood near the metro it's a perfect place to stay. We occupied a single room with twin beds on the second floor. The room was spacious, clean, modern and well appointed with a TV / radio.
The hotel is located in safe neighborhood with plenty of small cafes, restaurants and gellaterias all within an easy walk.
Free guest wifi is available in all the rooms; in the lobby a free desktop PC is also accessable to guests.
The hotel desk is occupied 24 hours and very friendly and helpful. We needed a taxi at 4:00AM and the hotel arranged it with no problems.
The rooms are also very clean and plenty of towels...
