This hotel is clean, well maintained and managed by a courteous and helpful staff. The complimentary breakfast has plenty of variety and the "happy hour" bar provided a pleasant respite after touring MIlan. Most importantly the hotel was quiet which afforded a good night sleep. The rooms are compact but that's not an issue if you plan on spending most of the day in the City.

Hotel's Favourite
Excellent hotel, very clean and well presented. When we arrived our room wasn’t quite ready and the receptionist (Martina I think) was most helpful. She recommended a local restaurant for lunch and when we returned our bags had been taken to our room. The only tiny criticism I could make is the coffee in the room. Being in Italy it would have been nice to have had some Italian coffee in the room. I would definitely recommend the hotel.

Fantastic hotel service is excellent and an very attentive. The wifi needs to be brought to standards you have to log in every opening of a device. Breakfast was very nice and complete, European standard. Bar is well stocked and very friendly staff. While we were on floor one it seems they clean rooms from the top floors down so they seem be cleaning our room just as we were return form a day of shopping and sightseeing.

We were very pleased with our room, which was a good size and had a super-king-sized bed, which was a real treat! The breakfast options were numerous and delicious. The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel was located within walking distance of Milano Centrale train station and lots of the main tourist attractions, so it was perfect for us.

Hidden down back streets, peacefully, clean and friendly. Umbrellas for rainy days, covered courtyard to make you feel like you ate outside...!! Rooms are just big enough, tea and coffee making. Locked mini bar, hairdryer, lovely shower. Well cleaned and made up every day

Excellent service overall. The hotel is centrally located and everything was ready for am early arrival. Personnel very frofessional with appropriate friendly manners and ready to meet any request. The room booked did not commensurate but this was due to a lack of communication.

Great Hotel, ideal for a short visit to Milan. Very good location approx 20 minute walk from Grand Central Train Station. Plenty of nightlife and restaurants a short walk away. Hotel is in a quiet location off the beaten track. Very good facilities and a very good breakfast to get your day started. Staff very friendly and very helpful.

Truly excellent value for money. The hotel lobby was very elegant and welcoming, but, more importantly, the service was really accomodating and prepared our rooms 3 hours before regular check-in. The rooms were more on the smaller side but were wonderfully designed, fully equipped and very clean. Also, the bed was really, really comfy and the breakfast had a wonderful selection of sweet and savory items, coffee, tea as well as soft drinks. During check-out, we were able to store our luggage while spending a few more hours in Milan before our departure. The only downside for me was that everything that happened on the hallway was clearly audible in our room, but luckily, this happened outside of our sleeping hours, so it wasn't a big deal. Still, for privacy, it would be welcome to make the rooms more soundproof in that regard, but that is complaining on a high level.…
