The room was tiny with old and damaged furniture no aircon. I got a room on the back of the building and it was awfully noisy from 5am with dustmen at work and hotel staff carting away empty bottles or so. Parking restricted to 5 small cars with heavy overnight rate €30/night. Breakfast was as usual but if you want an orange juice the waitress will advise you with extra-cost. It is how to make money with any little thing you can't ever imagine. Location is not so great as you have to walk 45 minutes to get downtown

Great service for the money. Walking distance to downtown and most of the attractions. Good breakfast included in a price. Rooms are big enough and comfortable. Personnel is helpful and always available to provide an assistance, if required. Would recommend as a place to stay

It was a very bad experience for all of us and the waiters in the breakfast lounge were very rude and impolite with us. The lightning in the rooms is very light ...dark rooms and the cleanliness was way below average. Staff Not friendly at all

When we checked out, I left my beige money bag on bed. When we contacted them they had it in their safe. We proceeded to ask for their help in getting it to us we were in Basel Switzerland. They told us it was up to us to find a courier and were very rude out it and hung up on us. I ended up buying a train ticket to retrieve the money bag. When I got to hotel the manager did not say one word hand me the bag and ran out of the reception area. They were very rude Italians and I am very surprised that it is a four star hotel it’s worth one.

I've been there for a meeting in Milan close to this area. I would say it's a nice area, served by taxis but also underground. There is a nice park outside where kids are playing. The hotel is nice, comfortable lobby with Bar, rooms where nice. I had to ask for additional pillow (which usually is into the rooms) but they were very gentle with me. It was a good stay and I will be back next time in case of needs
