Nice rooms with baths that offer chromatotherapie, which is very relaxing. The buffet options were very tasty (I loved a red juice they had). The receptionist was so kind and so helpful to us. We had lost out luggage at the train and the help lines wouldn't pick up in English and she spoke on our behalf and got frustrated on our behalf when they couldn't help us. She was very empathetic to our problems and I hope she lives a nice life, she helped us so much. We couldn't thank her enough!

We stayed in Hotel Teco for a night on our way to southern Italy. We’d had quite a stressful journey from Paris and then we walked from Porta Garibaldi station after failing to get an Uber on what was a very hot night so when we approached Hotel Teco down a little back street we weren’t very optimistic. However, when we checked in the lady on reception was really welcoming and helpful. We made our way to our linked rooms which overlooked Corso Buenos Aires. The room was well soundproofed so there was no noise from outside. The room would be described by some as old-fashioned but we thought it was fantastic, comfortable bed with a lovely big bathroom with free toiletries and working aircon too. There was a TV, but we didn’t bother with that. There was a fridge with drinks in, we used it to cool our own drinks down and removed the ones you had to pay for. We got breakfast included with the price and this was our first experience of an Italian breakfast. It was definitely eccentric in that you could have cold meats and tomato and mozzarella with a nice slice of vanilla cake! If you're feeling energetic the Duomo area is within walking distance of the Teco so we did that rather than catching the metro from the nearby station. The lady on reception for the day shift was just as helpful and as we were catching a train after a bit of sightseeing and to save us storing our luggage at the station she offered to watch it free of charge. All in all it was a lovely hotel and we’d gladly return and definitely recommend it.…

We’ve just come back from another great stay at the Teco. Loredana is so welcoming – she obviously really cares about her guests and goes to great trouble to make sure everybody is happy. And the hotel is so convenient for the lovely bars and restaurants around Via Marcello Malpighi, for the shops of Corso Buenos Aires and for really good public transport (though it’s an easy and lovely walk down to the centre).

Extremely rude staff, dirty small rooms, horrible service, smelly and all together a nightmare of an experience. Old hairs all over bathroom walls. Would recommend you stay at a hostel before going to Hotel Teco. Nothing else to say.

Outstanding hotel for the price! what a relief to be here after Venice hotel. room is so clean, blankets in bags- tv reception is great. so clean and so many details. room has personal temperature control! bed is so comfy, there is an area to lay my luggage next to the closet and it has a bathtub! bathroom is all new - a lot of variety of lighting. Location is near Lima train, so easy to get around. Staff are so caring and helpful. Room was quiet even though on busy street. I walked here from train station which was a lttle far on a hot day. small supermarket close by too. close to great gelato, and there is an elevator

More than excellent hôtel. The space is spotless, decorated with taste. The breakfast is wonderful and copious, served with promptitude and cordiality. The morning coffee is notably good. All employees try to be helpful. Their smile is a great beginning for a day!

The hotel is located in an excellent location. The rooms are very clean and equipped very well. Staff is friendly and efficient, you get always outstanding service. You feel that you get an excellent return on your money. I will for sure return to this hotel next time when I am in Milan.

I am truly shocked and appalled by the very low level of seriousness and professionalism it has offered. A disastrous customer service. A customer comes to make a request two months before to be organized and have the holiday plan in order (among other things, it was referred by a trusted friend) and a certain price is agreed on. It is asked for the check in and check out time and if it is preferred a payment in advance or on the day of booking and it is said "ON ARRIVAL" and once called to reconfirm, I am told that the room is not 'never been confirmed and that I basically have to "make do" and then find an alternative a week before arrival? In 10 years that I work in customer service I have never seen such a mediocre if not very low level of disorganization and seriousness.... really really BAD!…

Easiest 5/5 I've ever reviewed. Can't fault it. Location a dream. You don't need to break into a sweat to get anywhere. Spotlessly clean. I paid 2 star price for a 5 star experience. Pierro who checked me in, a true old school Italian gent. You felt in good hands. And Lydia, who was on the front desk, a beautiful Polish woman who was as helpful as she was pretty. Friendly staff with smiles all the time. Breakfast as good a 'continental' as you'll ever have. Surrounding streets full of high market clothes stores and classical Italian Cafe's where people are just vibing outside. Music in the background coming from distant corners. Accordions etc. Only 4 stops to Duomo Cathedral on train or a brisk mile walk. 45 minutes to San Siro on train/metro. Real simple if you are going to see a football game. Highly recommend …
