The staff and people working at Lloyd is friendly, speak good English and are somewhat more deserving of a four or five star. The average rating is because the standards of the rooms could have been better in terms of cleanliness, and the beds and pillows are surprisingly hard (lucky you if you prefer this). The aircondition / heat-system is...

The hotel is so old, it's certainly not a 4 star hotel, when you walk in to the room you feel like it's the seventies (not in a good way). The staff isn't really nice also. The hotel is located about 12 minutes walk from the center piazza. If you are coming with a car like we did you will...

I knew things were off when they key was an actual proper door key for a city hotel room. The room was tiny, the bed basic (thanks for the single pillow), and in terms of general comfort & decor there's just nothing really to write home about. Also the room-service is just sandwiches. When I'm on business I'm looking for...

Nice location, clean and quiet hotel. Wifi went often offline and it was a mess to login again and again. Breakfast was not so wealthy and it was only till 10:00. It was quite good for price and perfect for transportation as outside it was a bus station for direct to duomo!

I was there for a night for my job. As soon as I see the lobby and the key (traditional ones) I understand that I was in an ancient and old structure. I entered in the room and was very very hold and I was astonished about the system to turn on the light ( see my picture). The a/c...

not much to say, the hotel could have used a renovation years ago. Serious upgrade in the internet speed. Rooms are small, breakfast is a joke. Staff is nice and helpful. Location is good for Duomo visits, 3 tram stations.

Good location, nice staff but the awful smell of the room made me almost sick!! I ignored the reviews of this! What a mistake!! Opened the window and left for 5 hours but smell still stayed! So I bought an air freshener which I used then non stop! Probably poisioned myself with it already:-)) Other than the smell its an average...

Pro: The staff of the hotel was absolutely great, very helpful whenever I asked an information and always willing to help. We also enjoyed their breakfast, which was very tasty and the gentleman in charge of it was also very nice and always smiling. Location was good, the room was clean. Con: The air conditioner didn't cool the room as...

The location of this hotel is good, you can walk in 10 minutes to the Duomo. And a taxi from airport Linate costs +/- EUR 20,-. But the rooms are a little bit old and outdated. The breakfast is also a bit poor, not much choises, and they dont serve dinner or lunch.
