The reception staff (especially the two ladies) were unwelcoming and unfriendly. The furniture in the room are outdated. We made our reservation through booking.com and booked the junior suite. The photos on booking's website and the actual room are way different. Not worth the money....More

Best thing hotel has is the location- 5 minutes walking to Duomo! otherwise, everything is very average. I had an accessible room so the shower was very big but the overall feeling was that it's a bit outdated. breakfast is big and service is good....More
