Edgar & Marilyn from South Africa, we had an amazing stay at the Hotel it can get a bit noisy outside at night but is wasn't a problem for us , the location was perfect opposite the station, rooms was very clean and spaces the breakfast was amazing also the staff was very friendly especially the staff in the breakfast room.

We loved our stay here recently. We were amazed at the location of this hotel, perfect for tourists wanting to travel around Milan. The breakfast was lovely, with a great view over the central station. I would definitely stay here again.

I have stayed in other B&B hotels, and they are more than adequate for anyone with basic needs. I chose this one because I had a very early train, and its location across the street from the Milan Stazione Centrale was perfect for my needs. The room was clean and comfortable enough, very quiet. The highlight of the visit was the excellent breakfast on the eighth floor, with a balcony overlooking the square of the Stazione and the adjacent Pirelli tower. It was stupendous! One of the highlights of my trip. I should forewarn readers, however, that the same square attracts drug addicts and refugees - although these last are not a problem for travellers.

About the receptionists : We were a large group. They wanted us to pay the fee immediately as if we were running away. This is very false . Other than that everything was fine.We always try to choose your hotels.

it was a hands off experience in total. we just walked in was accommodated and responded very well at the desk. Special mention to "Hamza" who was very helpful and had given us some tips where to go and what to do. Many thanks indeed!

Extremely convenient if you are staying near the station. Seemed very safe too and looked quite modern. To catch an early morning flight from Malpensa, it is a great transit point. Plenty of eateries close by. Reception was very efficient. But the place looks quite sterile and 'cold' with the feel of a youth hostel for foreign travelers who seem to have turned older. Room is small but that could be expected in the city center.

Cant fault the service. Breakfast was basic but ok. Staff very nice. Rooms basic but bed comfortable. You can buy nearly everything in the reception area from beer to flip flops. Overall a good weekend hotel. Ideally located next door was an eating/drinks place open 24hrs. Cant fault it.

Good location very close to the Centrale Station. Reasonable price and you get breakfast as well. Staff was amazing as well so helpful and courteous. I would recommend this hotel but be aware there are few amenities but plenty of hospitality.
